Over the last month, the town of Inaba has seen many of its larger gangs disperse, but also, it has seen a sharp increase in cultist activity, particularly in the growing number of Nyxists following in the teachings of their Messianic Leader Takaya Sakaki. Despite his recent relocation of the main Strega Cult to the city of Port Island, in his stead there are leaders who continue the activities of their group in the town of Inaba, in alleys, abandoned warehouses, even a church or two on occasion. Most recently, however, they have begun meeting in the home of, or in the courtyard in front of one of their more wealthy 'believers'.
...This is the home of the Nuri Family, a wealthy and worldly family living within the town of Inaba under the direction of the young Prophet of Strega, Televaldi Nuri. Working together with him are his close family, siblings Tsuruhime, Izagumo, Ikuhisa, and Isabella. Together, they organize, plan, and execute the will of Takaya inside the town of Inaba, using this home as a boarding house for members and a base of operations, both...sort of a backwards version of the SEES-2 Dorm.
Many come and go from this place, with its large courtyard, 3 story house with multiple baths and countless bedrooms, dining hall, and lounge. There is also a large pool built into the back yard, though there are said to be much darker things buried in that area than the clear water of the pool...
