Hakan'Mawasii was a rather large cub for his age, in fact he was the eldest brother of three and as his name suggested; protected them fiercly. It was when he'd heard from his sister that she'd met a lioness who had treated her in a mean fashion that he had gone off in search of her.
He knew the strangers scent and he wanted revenge.
He snuffled noisily, his dark shape moving across the ground as he went, tuft of hair falling into his brilliant blue eyes. Now where was this little beast who had mocked his little sis? He growled lightly, coming to a halt and turning his head around to scan the area.
Where was she...

Strutting along carelessly, the vanilla coloured cub glared ahead of her, the cold gaze falling on an ebony form. Nearing him, she looked down her nose, tail flickering slowly from side to side, before falling to curl around a hind leg lazily. White paws continued to pad against the ground as she drew closer to the blue eyed boy. As the eldest of her siblings, and a little larger too, she felt she was in power of virtually everyone, and had recently joined forces with her younger brother.

Oh, so there she was?!
His fur bristled, his whole body fluffing up in a rather comical fashion that made him look more cute than threatening. His little nose wrinkled as it filled with her scent and his blue eyes narrowed. It was time to do the job he had been born into, it was time to teach this thing a lesson.
"So, you're the one I've been searching for!" It seemed his usually calm voice was brimming with squeaky anger as his tail thrashed behind him.

Sneering, her tail rose once more, flicking and curling in an almost mesmerizing way. She laughed at his comical position, it made him appear more fluffy than he must have desired. She felt a sly smile creep onto her maw, eyes glaring at him, brows furrowed in a harsh frown.
"Looking for me?" He voice was smooth, she let out a laugh once more. "Oh I know I have my admirers..." She said lightly, tossing her head, hazel eyes narrowing.

"Who would admire a beast like you?" He sneered, tiny fangs revealed as he curled up his lips. "You look more gangly than an antelope!" The fur settled a little but it still remained slightly bristled as he took a step forwards, trying to make her back down with the threatening approach.
"You picked on someone I care about." He snarled, "that was a bad mistake." He was still new to his claws but he was able to flex them, lowering his body slightly.
He had no idea how one went about fighting but he knew he'd have to learn sooner or later, might as well jump striaght into the deep end.

Laughing loudly this time, she raised her head, ears flattening so she appeared to almost howl. "Oh dear..." Her voice remained silky and dangerous. "Think I care?" Stifling a giggle, she reminded herself of the days she had spent chasing and running, and the muscles she had built up, even if she wasn't paticularly strong, she was strong for her age, and she was determined to show it. Her own claws flexed, piercing the crumbling ground, and her legs tensed as she eyed him darkly.

"I should hope so. You're going to pay for what you did!" He hissed, mouth parting and eyes almost hidden beneath the furrows of his muzzle. He took another step forwards, moving all of his paws so that he could stand in a stronger stance.
This was it.
He'd fight for the honour of his sister.

"Pay?!" She hissed, pulling her ears back, standing firmly. This cub had some godamn nerve, getting in her way, just so he could lose! Flicking her tail angrily, she pushed her weight onto her back legs and sprang, drawing her claws in mid-air and slicing at the cubs maw quickly, landing and swearing right in his face. Yes, this cub was vile.

He yowled in pain, reeling back in shock and pain. His nose burned where her little claws had torn at the fur, it was only a scratch but it was the first injury he had ever gotten.
He halted his cry, righting himself and dived forwards with one paw extended, intending to sweep her from her feet only to find himself clawing at nothing, apparently he had miss judged how close she was. She was good, he had to give her that.

She grinned as he missed, watching him claw at fresh air. Sniggering under her breath, she prepared to pounce again, this time landing upon him, pushing him to the ground and clamping down tightly on his ear, teeth pressed together hard.

His eyes widened in surprise as her weight pressed heavily against him and a yelp of pain left his maw as he tried to roll from side to side. He wanted his ear back dammit.
"Let me go!" He yelled, rolling sideways to try and throw her off of him.
