A voice speaks to you, probing at the inner workings of your heart. Some of you may recognize the voice, and some of you may feel the resonance it has with a spirit somewhere within you...something ancient, crystal. It speaks again, passion in its words...luring you in.
"Step forward into this path, and do not hesitate...if you seek the path to true power over your domain. What awaits you, my words cannot properly express the horror therein. Only the courageous may survive. Only those...with a destiny of their own behind their words, their actions, their power. Upon the backs of their hands, a shimmering crimson serpent appears, burning with a bright crimson heat...that does not burn. Through the seal a voice speaks with an accent, Iberian with a hint of a more natural Celtic leaking through. It speaks directly to each of them, in turn. And before them, a path opens...a link between worlds...if you step inside of it, you feel as though you will arrive at the location to which you have been called.
::~~Mother Harlot, The Whore of Babylon~~:: Let's indulge ourselves...in the ecstasy of death, shall we? Pitiful.... The beings that had wandered the lands since the olden times....That's all she could fathom for how they were. Pitiful, weak, and primal beings, only looking for things that went towards their own, petty, and inconsequential goals. "It would be humorous, if they were not such a pitiable...Sad race." The Demoness called out, the seven heads of her mount circling her body...Growling...Snarling...and ravenous. Her beast was hungry...And she intended on giving it plenty of time to feed... Plenty of the pathetic bodies that wandered the Oshu area....Plenty of victims, to befall her own powers. A strange presence could felt around the woman, in case anyone had doubts about her essence...Her human disguise long shed for the sake of letting her victims be stunned in awe of her true nature....Of her Heritage...of her..Beauty. Flames flickered on a Candelabrum, signalling what she had desired. A fight...A battle....Another step closer to her own throne. Yet, as she could feel the presence of others approaching..She merely let out a haughty, amused laugh. "Ohohohoho....It seems my Beauty has Drawn in plenty of delectable..pets for my mount." the woman called out, the ones that would arrive early hearing it first. "Those who desire strength...Those who want my power. But, that is not something I will part with freely. For, as Babylon the Great....the Mother of Prostitutes...and Abominations of the earth.." A few, scathing glances at some of the beings in particular.....And she just held up a hand over her mouth. "I will show you...What a TRUE Fiend can do." She sat atop her many-headed beast...swirling about her chalice with a grin as she awaited the arrival of the lambs......to the slaughter.

Ellie Troit and Nekura Myonmu "Woah.." "I'll say.." The two had been..transported what seemed like quite a ways by the portal....And, judging by the haughty, vicious voice that called out to them...It was a good thing they'd prepared before jumping through the portal. "Aha....Wow you're ugly." he snapped, before clasping his hands over his mouth. It...had slipped out, but something about him seemed to..enjoy the idea of taunting a skeletal foe. It's mount..intimidated him, but yet....Something seemed to stir inside him... Raring to get out. "A true fiend FALLS before a True Heroine!" Ellie called, posing with her outfit, and her weapons. "And....A True Hero.." Nekura added, posing with his weapons...But, corpsing slightly, as he started to snicker. "A..Ah..! Nekura!" Ellie remarked, shaking her head. "This is Serious! We have to fight! For Justice!" "Y..Yeah..I know." he replied, nodding his head...as he looked up. Why was he...So laid back? Anyone could tell that their foe was vicious, and powerful...Her mount was snarling, and raring to go....And, he could practically smell it. She was on a completely different dimension than the monk he'd fought. Though.. 'I'll protect Ellie..if nothing else.' he thought, his eyes flickering a bit with the silver streak..and a golden tint. 'That much...I can promise.'

Raven Gallen The Forgotten Leader of the Gallen Clan
Raven was looking forward to a relaxing day with only one worry on his mind, thinking of a way to show up and tell Nix that he was alive. Though it seemed some force out there decided that those plans needed to wait a while longer. A red snake-like mark appeared on the back of his hand, emitting a heat but not actually burning his flesh. The most perplexing part of this odd event was the voice that spoke to him. It spoke of power and a trial to obtain more. While Raven wasn't obsessed with power, it was his duty to investigate this nonetheless. So when a portal took form before him, there was no hesitation before stepping through it. The clan leader was prepared for whatever awaited him once the bright light faded. Though seeing Mother Harlot, a powerful fiend, waiting for them was quite the surprise. This wasn't going to be an easy fight but at least it seemed he wasn't alone in this battle.. Wait.. Two of these people were kids! 'I hope they know what they're doing spouting all this stuff about heroes and heroines. Not sure I can take on all those snapping jaws and protect them at the same time.'
The archer's thoughts came to a halt when a familiar voice caught his attention. "I hope the others at the dorms don't notice I just vanished." Blue eyes shifted to meet with the dual colored ones of his son, Tharros. The snow headed male was just as surprised to see his father in the same area as he was. One minute he was getting ready to head to work and the next this voice spoke to him and a portal opened up. As if that wasn't weird enough, something about the voice made him feel like he could trust it somehow; even if faintly. Though mentioning that could wait since there was a very large demon ready to feed them to.. whatever she was riding on. "Looks like we're all going to be working together against her huh? I doubt asking her not to attack us is out of the question.." Judging by the snarling beasts looking at them like the meal of the day, the answer was a resounding no.. So the man sighed an muttered fire under his breath. "I hope you've had experience fighting a demon, Tharros.. This isn't going to be an easy one."

Even as Yuno laughed, another figure dropped down from a portal, landing in front of the Mother Harlot and slowly rising. Reaching down by her waist, she pulled out a glimmering blade with one hand, even as she gestured with the other to call forth an aquatic figure that rose into the air beside her. These fights were never easy, but they were the power she had chosen to pursue. Sovereignty. Foundation. Dignity. Majesty. Your Candelabrum is next.
Despite that, her body seemed almost... relaxed. There were other people here, after all... and maybe it was the time she'd spent with Hitomi, but she was no longer feeling the urge to do all of this by herself. That didn't lessen her desire for the Candelabrum in the slightest, but at the very least, she could work together with others to bring this Fiend down. With that, she exhaled softly, then looked up at the Fiend.
"You really do come in all shapes and sizes." she said softly. "Well, I suppose that's fine. But if there's one thing I've learned about people, it's that they're not the kind of easy prey you think they are. And for my part..." she shifted her stance slightly. "I bear the Flames of Sovereignty. Let's see which of us is truly worthy of the Candelabrum." She still wasn't entirely sure of Obelyn's motives, but when he offered a fight like this, she sure as heck wasn't going to complain.

She was summoned to this area by a weird symbol on the back of her hand, but it didn't matter too much as it had brought her to interfering with a villainous plan. A tit for a tat, she supposed. As she had held her anchor in the sky, the power within her began to well forth, compounding on itself. "For the atrocities you have committed, taste the power of justice!"

Cheryl Vonvitch Where the hell is that doctor
"...What?" That was all that could come from Cheryl's mouth as she watched the spectacle unravel before her. She had followed the strange mark that seemed to call her, assuming that that doctor had some reason or influence, but from what she saw before her only left her speechless. Anyways, she looked like someone who was asking for a beatdown, and even if she didn't know the local language, she still knew the international language of 'punch me, please.'

Base insults, feeble grandstanding, and...? Another Candelabrum...! "I see...A being that is neither wholly demonic...nor wholly humane...." she addressed, looking at Kisa with a touch more scorn than one would expect a beauty of her caliber to acknowledge. "What a...Truly disgusting creature. Though, the flames flickered...and the area was enveloped in a surge of energy. She would not have her prey escape having come this far.....And, if any of the others had distaste for helping an abomination of nature as Kisa.... It was too late to back out now. "I will kill you all, and add the Candelabrum to mine...So that I may rule..as the Queen that I am." she commanded, throwing her chalice up into the air. "But first, you soon-to-be morsels...You should meet...my pet. The ravenous being she sat atop seemed excited...the prospect of a fight exciting it more than the Fiend herself showed....And as they extended far beyond what one would think capable....Kisa would realize that she would need the assistance of all of the others that had joined her. For, while the Fiend declared herself as one entity..... The Monster she sat atop seemed intent on rending them all asunder....With Each head seeming to predate on a different set entirely. "Try to die with some semblance of beauty..." Mother Harlot advised to the others, as each head let out a loud, feral roar, surges of energy slamming into each group in particular. Yet, some of the heads held back...circling the group as if they were gauging who would be the most delectable..or the most dangerous. Yet, in their position, it would be incredibly....difficult to attack the Fiend directly. But..if her mount could be defeated....

Ellie Troit and Nekura Myonmu The horrific fiend of a being seemed to completely gloss over them, acknowledging a different girl entirely. Ellie slumped a bit, before watching the monster she was riding stretching out after them. "Oh dear..." she called, bracing herself as each one let out a ravenous growl...and various strikes of the elements slammed into each of them in turn. A strike of earth, a surge of Ice, and even a blunt force strike slammed into her body...But she kept her stance. "Justice won't die to something like you!" she called with a dramatic point of her finger, even as she winced from the pain of the strikes. She.may have gotten a little in over her head....But, she couldn't flee now! She closed her eyes for a bit, drawing on the power within her.....And a small bout of healing could be felt going over the group. Not a lot, but it would help take the slightest of edges off from the initial assault. "Ah..s**t." Nekura remarked, bracing himself as the Blasts of Earth, Fire, and Ice slammed into him, burning, freezing, and slamming into him..Yet, he didn't feel the brunt of the physical attack. Was it a lucky miss...? "Well...Don't think that i'm going to die anytime soon." he called, his grip on the bladed weapon he held tightening, as he slammed the blade vertically....a surge of energy slamming out, ten feet high, and slamming into the head in front of him. It was...an unintended attacking maneuver, but at this rate, he'd take all of the mysterious activating powers in the heat of battle he could get.

A series of blows struck Yuno's body, although she was able to block most of it. She didn't always look like much, but the truth was that her defenses were fairly comprehensive. That didn't stop her from skidding backwards slightly under the force of the blows, only to glare up at the Mother Harlot. "I know just what Rednal would do in this situation." she said with a fierce grin. A card shattered a moment later as she stabbed it with her dagger, and an abnormally human-looking Persona appeared in the air above her. "Lucasta, BRING HER DOWN!"
At that, Lucasta clapped her hands together, and the air around Yuno vibrated for a moment as three palm-sized missiles appeared in a triangular formation around her, then shot forward and detonated by three of the beast's heads. The sooner they could take those down, the better - though Yuno wasn't quite sure if the blasts were going to be effective or not. If they were, though, she wanted to put this filthy, ugly, hideous, grotesque, unsightly, deformed, monstrous witch away for good.

Kisa's defenses weren't quite as robust as Yuno's, and more of the attacks hit her. The water blast was particularly heavy, and she let out a pained grunt before raising a hand to her mouth and retching slightly as a different demonic insect crawled down her throat and into her spine. That ought to shore her defenses up for the moment, and she glanced back up at the Mother Harlot, only for her eyes to widen in surprise as a series of explosives detonated. The others here really weren't too bad, were they?
Leaving the offense to them for now, Kisa focused on the energies inside of her and sent a surge up to her eyes. Show me everything you can about her! Information was one of the most important parts of battle, and if she could uncover their foe's weak points, the Harlot ought to be a lot easier to take down...
Meanwhile, her summoned companion was buffeted by the blows, taking a particularly bad hit from the ice as its weakness was struck. Fortunately, the blasts weren't as heavy as they might have been, but it had definitely been wounded and could only take so many more blows before its body would break apart.

Tharros Gallen
While Tharros had no idea what a Candelabrum was or why this 'Queen' was obsessed with the thought of killing them, he knew there was no room for negotiation. It seemed a being of this sort only responded to violence and that is exactly what she would get. Of course he was thankful to see able bodied fighters there as well, no one could ever take this being on alone.. Well not unless they are insanely powerful. The man braced himself for the onslaught of attacks coming their way. Fire, Ice, Physical, and Earth. Luckily the physical force was repelled away and the temporary increase in his defense help stave off a little of the others. Though the Earth that slammed into him did hurt a great deal, as it came before the last few elements. After he staggered back to his feet, he felt one of his Persona lend him a temporary increase in many parameters of defense. He would have to take advantage of this while he could.
So Tharros drew out his Evoker and pulled the trigger, summoning one of his Persona to unleash a special skill. A blade comprised of wind fiercely swung forward at one of the ferocious heads of Mother Harlot's mount..

Raven Gallen The Forgotten Leader of the Gallen Clan
Raven had his bow at the ready and was about to attack when the 'heads' began their attack. He was fortunate enough to avoid being struck by fire, since he was not fond of being set ablaze, but the timing of the following attacks managed to catch him. The elemental surges did hurt but he wasn't close to being out of the fight yet. This wasn't his first fight but another one of many and if fate was on his side then it would end like all the others. Him alive and the demon deceased. He watched at the others retaliated without hesitation, well one decided to stare at the demon but that was her choice. The brunette took a short deep breathe as he readied an arrow against the bow, pulling back the string with ease. The arrow itself began to glow as intense arcs of electricity coursed across the length of it. Raven had managed to spot the one head that spewed water at the standing girl. If his theory was correct then this should hurt it rather badly.. Unless all these heads shared multiple elements. So the man took aim and launched the powerful arrow at one of the heads.

May Misoragi Pirate Captain May, ready for sailing!
As the strikes from everyone else pelted the villain, May was taken aback by how vicious the woman on her high horse-monster-thing was. She was easily able to hold herself against the ice and earth, and especially the physical strikes wailed against her, but the fire strikes hurt especially bad, but May withstood the damage as best as she could. Continuing to hold up her anchor, her power continuing to compile onto itself.

Cheryl didn't understand what was going around or what was being said, but it seemed like they all were way too gung-ho in beating the crap of her, as well as the woman on the beast-like monster she was sitting on. Thankfully, for some reason she didn't know and coughed up to whatever That Doctor did to her, the fire did nothing in damaging her. Then, running in to the woman's face, she punched one of the beasts in the face. Somehow, the punched surged through, damaging all the others. "Shut up, hag." Cheryl said as she felt the recoil from the punch.
