The key to the door turned, unlocking it. Twisting the knob and removing the key, she opened the door to her new room. She was used to shabbier, and even sleeping outdoors. There was a comfortable bed to sleep in, and that was all that mattered. Besides the TV. She knew she would want to keep up to date with news outside of the island. Hoping to hear anything about the rebellion, she would surf the channels later when she wasn't adjusting to the surroundings. This does just fine.
Finding a list of numbers on the fridge, she reached in her back pocket to pull out her cellphone and dialed on of the numbers. "Yes, this is Gisela Andinov, room 114... 114," she repeated, cursing her accent mentally. "I would like my luggage sent to my room, if that isn't too much trouble... Okay, thank you." She felt awkward, depending on someone else to do her bidding. If she had it her way, she would have done everything herself. But everyone here is so damn nice. Minus a few, she added, thinking back to Miss Princess.
Gisela slumped her rear end on the end of the bed and found it more comfortable than she expected. Her sister, Lydia, came back to mind, and she found herself incredibly homesick. Leaning forward, she buried her face into her hands and remained quiet for the time being.

A knock would be heard at the door. If Gisela were to open it..no one would be there. However, a box would be laying at her feet, a note on the box saying, "For Gisela". On the box itself, it said, "Gene-X". Opening the box would reveal a syringe and an instruction pamphlet showing how to inject yourself, complete with a warning label of all the nasty side effects she will have to endure for 3 days.

Jolting awake at the knock, Gisela instinctively grabbed for the knife that wasn’t under her pillow. She blinked her eyes to get the sleepy feeling away quickly, although being startled did most of that. Sliding off the bed, she hurried to the door. ”Coming! Give me a second.”
Opening the door, she nearly slammed it when she didn’t see anyone there. Bunch of inept prankst- That was when she spotted the package. Yes, the staff on the boat had told her of Gene-X. Not much, only that it was delivered to her dorm, which is why she didn’t go out exploring that night. Picking up the obscure box, she checked the hallway for anyone that could have delivered it. Huh, I guess tips aren’t really expected around here. She glanced to the side and saw her luggage, untouched. Okay, so we’re that trustworthy, huh? Grabbing what little luggage she packed and the box, she closed the door behind her.
Gisela left her luggage by the door and settled back on her bed with the box. Unwrapping it and opening it, she found the sterile syringe. Her lips thinned into a line. They really expect people to do this themselves? Working with the militia, she had thorough experience in medical aid. But what about the others? Fortunately for her, she found a band within the box. Tying it tightly around her upper arm, she tapped until a vein popped up. She felt for a vein then stuck the syringe in and pumped Gene-X into her veins.
Just after she had time to clean, the effects were immediate. The light in the room was blindly painful, wincing against it. With a grunt, she stumbled from the bed and fished through her luggage. Where are they. Where are they? WHERE ARE THEY?! Snagging her sunglasses, she settled them on the bridge of her nose. It did little good for her, but she had lifted military grade glasses off of some Russian operative. Better than nothing. She felt as if she was looking into the desert, light bouncing off white sand.
Craddling her head, Gisela fumbled through the cabinets for a glass and filled it with water. She figured migraines needed water, so she would drink some for this. Unfortunately for her, it would do nothing. The pain was making her angry, and she needed to find some outlet on the island until it subsided.

Kazuki Muto ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kazuki pulled out his key and put it into the keyhole of the doorknob. He then twisted the knob and opened the door and walked in. He then looked around. "Looks like one of those cabins at camp." Kazuki said commenting on the decor. He then walked inside and shut the door and put his bags near the second bed and layed down on the bed and closed his eyes for some shut eye.

Having left the office in which he'd recieved the key to his room, Umbras body soon came upon the room. For a moment, he looked upon the number emblazoned upon the doorway followed by a gaze upon the key settled within his right hand. Seeing the numbers matched one another, he soon brought the key forwards towards the lock, only to twist in a sudden counterclockwise motion of sorts once the key had been inserted within the slot.
Upon hearing the click of a rather foreign mechanism caress his eardrums, Umbras lips came to curl into a small smirk of sorts before bringing his free hand to grip the knob of the doorway, turning in a clockwise motion before pushing the doorway open. However, once he'd opened the door, he'd come to notice the bags of other students along with thier belongings littering the floor. A rather soft growl passed his lips at this sight, not exactly being the sociable type, yet he'd tolerate such, for now.
After seeing the sight before him, Umbra soon made to sit upon the vacant bed while dropping his belongings next to him, sifting through to make sure everything was accounted for. Though, once he'd finished this, Umbra soon came to lay upon the bed, his hues coming to close rather slowly, almost as if he were entering a meditative state of sorts, his voice sounding like a soft water upon the winds. "Well, it seems that I'm not the only one here. No matter. So long as they keep to thier own business, I shall do the same."

While Umbra meditated, an abrupt knock upon the doorway broke his state. With a rather rough growl ripping through his throat and out upon the airwaves, Umbra stood from his bed and approached the door in a rather annoyed state. Normally, when he meditated, he didn't enjoy being disturbed, yet whoever was at the door didn't seem to understand this in the least. Why, in the mood he was in after being broken out of such a state, the one standing at the door could be liable to have thier head tore off thier shoulders and thrown to the fishes at the beach.
Once he'd reached the doorway, his left hand made an extension to grip the handle, twisting slightly before opening in a rather abrupt manner. Yet, upon him opening the door, Umbra saw that the corridor was devoid of any human presence. A rather soft grumble of words soon passed through Umbras lips as he made to shut the door once more before his gaze cast in a brief downwards motion to happen upon a rather odd looking package of sorts addressed to him of all people.
"What's this?" He questioned while kneeling downwards to observe the package before picking it up within his right hand. With no hesitation, Umbra soon shut the doorway to his dormitory, taking the package to his bed and opening it with due haste. Within, Umbra came to find a syringe filled with some sort of fluid, along with an instruction booklet that told him of what was within the syringe. It was a rather peculiar fluid known as Gene-X in which he had to inject himself with. Although, while reading he came to notice that he'd have to endure some rather troublesome side-effects for the next three days while the fluid ran its course through his body.
A shrug of his shoulders soon occured, speaking in a soft tone while seeking out a vien upon his right arm. "3 days shouldn't be too bad. Why, what's the worse that could happen? It's not like I'm gonna feel like a drunkard or anything." After speaking, Umbra soon inserted the needle upon his skin, pressing upon the stopper to cause the fluid to flow out of the syringe and into his viens. However, the effects of which the booklet had spoken of took a rather immediate effect, so immediate in fact, Umbra had to release the syringe just due to the sudden weakness that flowed through his body.
"Well, I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Maybe...just...a...little...rest...will...help." Each word seemed rather faint to say the least, yet while Umbra approached his bed, he made to toss the syringe away, making sure none of the others could find it before laying upon his bed. The room seemed to swirl about in his eyes, the colors seeming to blend together rather oddly, into colors that didn't even exist for that matter. Though, while this occured, Umbra soon shut his eyes, hoping to possibly sleep through the three days, if he could that is.

Having been resting, Umbra soon came to wake with a series of what seemed to be rather sweaty moments to say the least. Every few moments, he could be seen wiping his forehead of a rather excess amount of moisture, this being merely beads of rather heavy sweat upon his visage. With a rather soft growl, he whispered rather softly to himself. "Damn, I never thought it'd be this hard. No matter, I'm sure it'll all be over before too long." Little did he know however, that this seemed to only be the start of a rather long and torturous process to say the least.
