In the small heart of the Village, a fountain donated by the king resides here. This is where most, if not all the residents meet up.

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢ ✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖Gave arrived in the village with many eyes upon him. It was a wonder he was still walking after being exhausted with both training and his future ahead of him.
"Sir Gave! Come play with us!" The kids cried to him as they gathered around his feet.
"Forgive me, young ones. I am tired and need to take a break here in the village. It's been a long while..." Gave said as he sat on the rim of the fountain, his sword resting next to him. He thought about what happened and how Scarlet could not be his for much longer...
The week that passed by at his home, it was apparent that only the swords woman and Scarlet were tied up. Each one was asked to return home while his parents thought very hard about his future wife.

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖Gave looked around, seeing the people walking around happily. He was glad they all could live at peace for the time. Even then, Gave still wanted Scarlet at his side...
"Sir Gave! A letter from Ebony Fugen the Second!" It caught him off guard, but he read the letter without any fear.
"Sir Gave, It may seem ludicrous, but I have decided to drop from the candidate list. Your mother is indeed thick headed about tradition more so than anyone I have met thus far. You should choose who you want. I already sent a letter as well to your mother, explaining that I will drop from the roster on my own behalf because I find your skills in swordsmanship lackluster...
But it is a lie to help you." Gave was overjoyed. He did not show it but it was there. Then again, the kids approached him.
"Sir Gave! Will you play with us now?"
"Of course." Gave was given a ball to toss to the kids, playing a simple game of catch. On lookers seem to enjoy Gave most when he was playing with the kids. The comments that flowed around always remarked about him being a wonderful parent and husband.〗✥-━┈┈━-✥

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖As Gave sat down to take a break, the kids crowded around him as if waiting for a story.
"Oh? Do you want me to tell you that story once more? The one when I encountered a spirit?" The kids nodded in unison. Of course, Gave knew ghosts didn't exist but the tale did happen, only instead of a spirit he felt the very dread of a forgotten city.
"I have seen many things in my life, but this very sight nearly sundered my heart and still makes me shake to this day. For I was walking down the path from the castle and noticed a burnt and destroyed cottage along the way. As i pulled up and inspected the place, I looked over and felt as if there was more to it. Call it a hunch of a knight but I went on. My horse followed me close behind...And then I saw it. A town that was smaller than this one, torched and destroyed. I approached the entrance and made my way to the fountain. At that point, my horse ran off in fright. I questioned why he ran but that is when i saw it. Sitting on a fountain just like this, a small girl was weeping and cried in a very echoed voice..." Gave positioned one of the small girls on his lap, getting the host seat this time around.
"She asked me, 'Have you seen my teddy bear?' to which I replied in a very sturdy but shaky manner... 'No. But if you tell me where you last left it, i might be able to find it.'. The girl stopped her tears and looked up at me. She pointed to a nearby house. I took my sword and made sure nothing would jump at me. Inside the house, i heard footsteps of a wolf above. I made the strive upstairs and faced the animal, throwing it over the balcony and forcing it back in the wilds without major wounds. That is where i found the teddy bear. It was missing a leg but it was indeed her's. As i made my way back down, I looked at the girl whom was waiting for me. She noticed the bear and that is when she took it from me. Or should I say, took a spirit version of it. I then had to ask her an important question. 'What happened here?'. Then she told me a most heart wrenching story." Gave knew this part was indeed true. The spirit telling him was all a farce to make it more entertaining.
"A group of raiders came by and set fire to our homes. My mommy tried to protect me but she died. I lost my bear as the men took me outside and drowned me in the fountain. I was so frightened...but now I have my teddy! I will never be alone now!". I then asked her another question.
'Where are your parents?' and then it made sense... I looked over at the fountain once more, and that is where I found her bones. She told me of a grave site where her parents were buried and asked me to take her there. For her last task, i graciously took the bones and buried them between where she indicated. I was then greeted by her mother and father. They thanked me for bringing their child back to them...but as i was about to leave, the girl tugged on my cape..." Gave reached into his bag, pulling out a teddy bear exactly as he described in the story. The truth was it was his old teddy bear but it served to try and prove the tale to kids.
"She handed me her bear and told me 'Mister, I want you to have this. Teddy still is alive, so it's right that he can live on.'. My own heart melted that day as to what she told me. As the bear in her hand vanished, she said 'Give Teddy a good home.' and that was the last I saw of them. My horse came back some time after drinking some water. I took one last look at the old ruins of the village and made my stride back here." Gave, even with a false tale, started to tear up at the thought. His smile ever so bright.
The kids were already entertained by it once again, loving his story and all. Most of the kids started to leave as Gave looked around the square. He wondered if Scarlet ever came by?〗✥-━┈┈━-✥

 As Scarlet and Azen came to the fountain, the seamstress was beginning to have trouble with the bundles of fabric she was carrying. They slipping and sliding out of her arms with every step she took. She looked around the square and noticed Gave. He looked as handsome as ever. Her knees buckled from just the sight of him. And before she knew it she tripped over her own feet, sending her and the bundles of fabric to the ground.

Azen was carrying the bundles of fabric behind Scarlet when he noticed her figure suddenly vanished from his sight. She must have fallen. He lifted his visor and carefully placed the bundles that he was carrying down on the ground before he knelt down on the ground and offered his hand to Scarlet. He was aware of Gave's presence, and was somewhat familiar with him as he had seen him walking around before. "Are you alright, my lady?" Azen asked Scarlet.

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖 Gave did not notice Scarlet until he heard the sound of a box falling. He rushed over to her and was already worried.
"Scarlet! Are you alright?!" Gave picked up most of what she dropped, wondering how she was able to even carry it all before. That is when some of the kids poked his armor. It was the older boys who were behind him.
"Sir Gave? Is everything alright?" Gave explained as he picked up one more box.
"She dropped some boxes because they were too heavy-" "Let us help!"
Help? It was odd to hear it from such young boys. Gave knew they were very fond of Gave and wished to be knights one day.
"If Miss Scarlet will let you carry some items, I think it would prove to be a good idea. Knighthood is not just about weapons, it's about protecting and helping your people." Gave showed the signature smile as the boys looked to Scarlet and wondered what they should take. Gave however, had eyes on Scarlet once more.
"It is truly an honor to see you once more. I would love to help but the kids wish to play with me still." Gave said, showing a very loving gaze at Scarlet before heading to the fountain again to play with the young kids.
"Gave is really cool."
"Are you kidding?! He is awesome! Cool is not a word to describe him at all!"

Scarlet chuckled and said "I'm fine. Thank you, gentlemen." The seamstress took Azen's hand and pulled herself up. She watched Gave return to the fountain to play with the children and sighed. Maybe he would visit her later. Scarlet returned her attention to the boy who offered to help. " Alright boys. You two can take this bundle and you can take this box. Can you strong men handle that?" The boys nodded excitedly and lifted the items they were instructed to. The tailor picked up a bundle of fabric and lead the boys to Tailorshop, making sure Azen was trailing behind.

Azen shut his visor closed when Scarlet managed to get up using his hand, and he picked up the bundles that he was carrying before and followed Scarlet. He turned to give Gave one more glance before returning his attention at Scarlet's back. He didn't like it that a fellow knight did not acknowledge another knight, but he wasn't to blame. Azen didn't do anything to let him know that Gave was acknowledged by him. Now, he just really wished that no misunderstanding would come up from this encounter.

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖When the boys came back from helping Scarlet, they started to talk about the knight helping her.
"Who was that knight?"
"He was one I do not know so far." the small boys started to talk badly.
"It looked like Scarlet was falling for her." they snickered. Gave did not take them serious at all and simply shrugged it off. He thought about playing with them for a bit longer before visiting Scarlet. He wanted to keep the drop out a secret from her until it was the right time.〗✥-━┈┈━-✥

Scarlet ran toward the fountain, frantically searching for Gave. She finally spotted him over by the fountain playing with the children. He was in the same place she left him in, surrounded by young girls and boys."Gave! Gave!", she yelled as she ran over to him. When she reached him, she had to take a moment to catch her breath. "E-Eliza...She came to the store just now."

Azen followed behind Scarlet, but he stayed a considerable distance away from the two once she reached Gave. He remained still, and he looked like an armored statue.

☢ Gave Minzaio ☢✥-━┈┈━-✥ 〖 Gave rose from playing with the kids, hearing Scarlet. He tried to calm her.
"Ease yourself. What is the-" When she mentioned her arrival, it sent Gave's blood boiling.
"Did she hurt you?! Did she try anything to harm you at all?" he looked ready to kill someone at this time. His eyes filled with hate at the name of his sister. The kids knew better than to stick around when he was angry.
"What did she do to you?"〗✥-━┈┈━-✥

Scarlet shook her head. "She didn't hurt me this time. But she told me that should end my relationship with you. She said that if I don't get chosen I'll never see you again." She hated to see Gave angry but she couldn't keep Eliza's visit a secret from him.

"Scarlet. Are you really taking her words for true? It may be true that you will not be chosen, but giving up is not an answer. You should fight as long as you can to be with me. You are not weak, you are strong." Gave wrapped his arms around Scarlet, hoping to get his point across.
"Even if you do not win for sure, I will gladly give up my position and name just for you. A day without you is a day I can not continue living by."〗✥-━┈┈━-✥
