This is what Wind-Ups might look like in the Philippines. They not much different then here, except they have acess to a card known as Daigusto Emeral, which can facilitate the loop another time and supply draw power.
Not to mention, they had the ingenious idea of using Exodius to put all your rats and zenmaighty's back into the deck. so even if Maxx C is used, they can actually deck you out utilizing cards like Exodius, Avarice and Emeral to keep the loop going. Exodius is also level 10, allowing them access to gustaph max. some builds i noticed ran Upstart Goblin and One day of Peace to draw into the loop if they didn't open with it. right now the deck is 42 cards. i wanna slim it down to 40.

this is fricking ingenius, i wish i would have thought of something similar, tohugh the shaving of 2 cards i dont think would be necessary...

yeah and they managed to find a nice way to draw into the loop without sacrificing anything really

Opponant decks out because of Maxx C. FTK Achieved
so your opponants loses 9 cards from hand and then decks out because they foolishly used Maxx C and didn't have any veilers in the main deck. they also took 2000 burn damage from gustaph maxx just for fun. and if your opponant hasn't decked out by the 36th special summon. then your probally screwed because they have a total of 31 cards in hand.
