PERSONALITY
General: Seeing as he never got to play outside as offten as other kids growing up. Since being in a wealchair makes some games undoable at times, because he has to have serten rule alterations. (Though he has played the wealchair verson of basketball and is quite fond of it.) As such he tends to be quite though he’s not nessarly shy, he doesn’t go looking for someone to talk to.
Habits: He will pop-a-weally or rub a quill agenst his cheek when he’s thinking. He will also pop-a-weally when he’s bord or is buying time.
Hobbies: Reading, playing Exploding snaps, wizard chess (Shea doesn’t know how to play chess so we’d have to flub it), Backgamen, and Puzzels
Likes: Sheaperds pie, Licorish wands, History, Basketball, Boardgames, card games, learing, adventer stories, people who see him and not his chair.
Dislikes: Getting stuck in the mud, being board, being reminded of what he can’t do, loud mouths, being talked to like he can’t understand, Berty Botts Every-Flavor-Beans (he got a few bad flavors in a row), when people try to help when he didn’t ask for it (he doesn’t mind if they ask as much).

Relationship with Family: He gets along well with his family. He even lets Lucy ride on his lap, or he did when she was smaller.

HISTORY
General History: Born without the use of his legs. Magic wasn’t able to help him get use of them, because it was his nerves. Same way that they don’t fix eyes and need to use glasses it’s because of nerves. His father works at St. Margles Hospital with the magical beast victums. His mother works for the Misnstry of magic, in the spell regestry department. Between the two jobs Oscar’s parents were able to get him the spelised chair so he can go to Hogwarts. Mostly since there aren’t any Elivators at Hogwarts, and flying carpets are agenst the law.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting: At first when the new group of first years came into the Great Hall the upper classmen watched as they marched two by two between the tables. Then about half way there was a gap in the two lines that could have been filled by two or four new students. Oscar was filling this space but because he was in his wealchair he was noticabley lower then the other eleven year olds and the nearby upper classmen were wispering in confusian as he rolled along the stone floor. Oscar was use to being staired at because of his chair but it seemed slightly more intince this time because of the two lines infront and behind him. The turned into one line in front of the staff table. One teacher stood in front of this table next to a stool and on top of the stool a musty-patched-old-hat that suddenly opened a rip at the brim and started sining.

Then after it’s song about the four houses the teacher next to it took out a scroll and started reading names one by one in alphbetical order. That student would sit under the hat and it would shout out which hous they needed to go to. For some reason it felt rather long before he heard “Masterman, Oscar” from the teacher. When he did he rolled forward up to the small ledge, there were some more meremers from the on lookers and he thought her heard someone ask if he needed help “I got it.” He stated without really thinging about it and his chair was up on the ledge next to the stool.

After he turned his chair around to face the other students, the Sorting Hat was placed donw on his head covering his eyes. “Well now this is a tough one. Tough indeed. A thirst for knowlige and an imence loaylty, but not willing to trust others quickly. Hmmmmm…. A need to prove yourself. You could fit with any of them really…. Hmmmmm. Your willingness to learn seems to be quite strong….. Yes best be…

“RAVENCLAW!!!”The hat shouted the house and was removed from his head. Oscar looked at the chearingtable and weeled over to the table then watched the rest of the soring with his new house.

Boggart:Having a friend or a loved one say that they only became friends because s/he pitty him, or Lusy not being able to walk anymore.

Worst Class: Herbology because sometimes you need both hands and need to move and the chanses of getting suck in the mud is gratter. Broom Flying because well you need leg strength to stay on the broom, and magic carpets are agents the law in Britten. Then again because of his chair he would probbly be exsuced from Broom Flying his fist year.

exclaim Well He was born that way. You know how Harry and Profeser Dumbledor both need glasses? It's because of how the nerves and body desided to be.Oscar was born without the use of his legs.

question Hogwarts Castle dosen't have use of elivators, after all no elctronics how will he get to his classes on diffrent floors?
exclaim Magic of corse! The back weels aka the big ones have a charm on them that his mother developed. The charm makes the weels change shape that he can climb the stairs. Since most charms wear off in time his mom tought him how to do the charm to reactivate it.
