Born to one of the royal families, Eugene is the eldest son and the next in line for their royal blood line. While growing up, he was close to his grandfather who educated him on the history of the royals and how the public's view of them changed over the years. Although the royal sages were still important for the academy, he felt the rest of the royals were insignificant to the residents of Lumena Castle Town. Wanting to prove his grandfather wrong, Eugene set out as a young lad (about 23) to educate others just as his grandfather educated him. He wanted to show his grandfather royals were just as important now as they were when his grandfather wore the crown.
Over the years he became quite the advocate on the royals behalf, usually going out of his way to prove they were more than pretty faces decorated with fine clothes and expensive jewels. He still strives to gain some standing among the community he lives in, hoping one day to get results his grandfather would be proud of...
However, around the age of 25 he lost his grandfather to old age. It hit him hard and drove him to achieve his goal even more. Although his grandfather was gone, he still believes in his cause and continues to show the public what the royals can do for the community if given the chance.
As for family, he has his mother and father as well as two younger sisters.
