It'd been, well, quite a while since Izumi had been in Camphoreon. Months ago she'd left for a conference in Opelucid City in Unova for a tech and mechanics conference. There had been some hang ups in getting back to Kodo, but finally the blue haired cyborg was back home--Or at least, more accurately, back at Shizuo's home.
Izumi put a few bags down and knocked on the door. Sure she had a key, buried somewhere in her luggage of course, but it was polite to let her host know she was back before barging in.

Shizuo had been putting some dishes away when he heard the knock. He glanced over his shoulder at the door and raised an eyebrow before turning properly and walking over. When he was close enough to reach out for the knob a gleeful spider pokemon landed on his head, having dropped from the ceiling. It didn't get much of a reaction out of the bottle blonde, having gotten used to Maiko's surprises. What did get a reaction was when he opened the door to find Izumi standing there.
He gave a very small smile and looked her over once to make sure she wasn't hurt. "Welcome back." He said simply and stepped aside to let her in after picking up the bags she had put down.

"Ah--Thanks..." Izumi said somewhat sheepishly as she picked up a shoulder bag with some metalic looking Jirachi doll or whatnot sticking out of it and walked inside. "U-um... How're things?" She rubbed her metallic arm nervously, feeling very out of sorts after being gone for so long.

Shizuo nodded and closed the door after her. "Fine. Been taking some odd jobs here and there. Oh and the League is now in the region." he said, pretty much condensing the months down in a few sentences. He didn't give the doll or what ever it was a second look but Maiko was staring at it. Well that and Izumi's hair. She wasn't sure if she wanted to play with the pretty blue hair now or poke the 'doll'.

"O-oh, thats, um... good." It wasn't as if Izumi paid attention to the league going-on's at all; Afterall, she'd met Stephen and hadn't any idea she was talking to Hoenn's Champion. "Does, um, that mean there will be um... Gym... bosses?"
The doll remained motionless in Izumi's shoulder bag, seemingly oblivious to anything except being an inanimate object.

"I suppose eventually. Right now I think it's mainly to help with getting rid of Team Rocket." Shizuo said. He hadn't paid full attention at the party to the speaker for the League, attention elsewhere.
Maiko finally made her decision and skittered down off Shizuo's head to to floor only to climb up Izumi to get to the 'doll'. She could poke it and then play with the hair! Win win situation!

"O-oh, th-that's good. I--Ah!" Izumi jumped with a start when she felt a weight tugging at her pants leg and then making its way up her personage.
The doll's glowing blue eyes seemed to shift to look at the bug type, but still it remained motionless.

Shizuo frowned at the climbing bug then looked at Izumi. "Is she bothering you?" If so he would put her back into her pokeball and explain to her that Izumi was off limits later. She sometimes listened. Sometimes.
Maiko reached the shoulder bag and stared at the doll then held up a foreleg and poked it between the eyes.

"N-no, she's okay... Oh--Um. P-please don't touch that..." Izumi was too late, and the metallic Jirachi was poked between the eyes. It blinked. She reached down and plucked the 'doll' out of her bag and held it up at face level, trying to put it out of reach of the spider pokemon.
