Titus didn't like to admit that Lou's little nickname had gotten to him. He didn't like to think the vampire could read him so well, that his well guarded secret...really wasn't all that secret. True there were a few that were catching on but that was beside the point. BESIDE THE POINT! He was no one's little virgin.
It was fine though, Titus could remedy the problem....somehow. He had a plan though he had to admit to himself it wasn't a very good one. Especially when touching a woman was such an issue let alone...that.
His problem managed to bring him to Riyo's door, the demon pacing in front of her dorm for some time. Several times he had rose his hand to knock only to draw away, curse and continue pacing. Finally he came to a halt in front of the door again hand raised tentatively and finally forced himself to knock though only once. It was more of a light rap really.

There had been a sound coming through the door. An instrument. A violin's tune slipping through the cracks and crevices of the door. An angry melody. A horrifying siren's call. One that threatened to eat your liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.
It seemed to stop immediately as the soft knock squeaked out above the loud noise, though. The cats had been sitting by the door for some time now. The ghoul figured someone was either moving in or out, but the very light rap was hard to mistake. Perhaps it was just someone scraping past?
Slow steps were audible as they approached the door from the other side, an eye peeking out to check on the culprit. "... Titus?" Well. About Jack damn time he showed his face around here again.
"Eh. Come in." So she wasn't completely dissatisfied to see him at her dorm. Sure. He'd gone to prom and left without her... But it hadn't been completely bad, right? The feline, still holding her violin and bow in hand, carefully opened the door and stepped aside for the nightmare demon to come in. "What's up? Need something?" She seemed a little... Distracted. Like she was trying not to think of something. The brand new suit hanging on her closet door might've had something to do with it. Looked like something one would wear to a snazzy funeral.

Titus hadn't known what to make of the noise coming from Riyo's room but it had been far from his concern at the moment. Mostly he was trying to keep his expression calm, casual, and as Titus like as possible. 8|
Nothing could have quite prepared him for the moment the door opened. He stared almost blankly at Riyo perhaps a little surprised by her casual tone. Did she know how to be casual? That distant or distracted look on her face had gone mostly unnoticed as well as the suit hanging off the closet door further in the room as he entered.
"I uhh..." Oh, he had procured a reason for coming. He searched about his person for a moment before finding what he was looking for on the inside pocket of his jacket. Before Riyo could blink her red shoes would be thrust out to her as Titus walked through the door. "You left these. The leech was going to run off with them."

Riyo's head tilted back as she was surprised with the presence of her shoes again. "Buh?!" Moving the bow and violin to one hand, the ghoul scooped up her red shoes and looked down at them, then back up at Titus. Had he just... Come here to give them to her?
A little smile cracked through her neutral facade, suddenly at attention as she gently sat the shoes down next to her savvy ensemble. "... Thank you. For saving them." Riyo immediately clarified after the gratitude slipped out like a snake.
The ghoul closed the door quietly and moved back to the chair at her desk. It was where she had been all day. Contemplating. Wondering. Thinking. The violin helped her thoughts to be clearer, sorting out the emotions through music so her mind could process the ideas with neutrality.
"I'll uh. Be leaving tomorrow. Might be gone for awhile." Or for good. "I... Really appreciate what you did at prom." She'd left the photo they took out on the desk, still intent on buying a frame for it... If and when she got the chance. "You wanna do something today? Before I go?" Maybe play some videogames or something trivial like that, Riyo figured.
Meanwhile, the ghoul sat the violin bow aside in favor of tuning up the strings. A couple of them were a little off.

The gratitude in her tone made an unpleasant shiver run down his spine. Oh right, a nice deed. Those went against his general nature. "You're....welcome." He forced out watching the ghoul as she set the shoes aside and made her way toward her desk.
He didn't think much about the violin or her odd mood, not when so many other things were going through his head. Honestly how could he pay attention to others when he was having a crisis.
"Leaving? On a trip?" Titus didn't seem particularly interested in knowing but her follow up questions brought him to the second reason he was here. All he had to do was open his mouth. If he asked nicely and with good manner this honestly couldn't be too bad could it? He had seen scenes like this in the movies, the boil always got the ghoul with just the right words or actions.
"Y..yeah we can do something if you like. We could play games or...see a movie or....have sex." Smooth. He made it sound like such a casual affair.
Fail.

"Y-yeah. A... Trip." Riyo looked away, to the only actual framed picture she had in her room. A picture with her 'family' when she was too young to remember. A trip. That's what it was...
Though she perked up when he confirmed they could go do something. Nodding at each new option, that same small smile glued to her face, she continued tuning her violin. Games? Mhm. See a movie? Sure, why not! Have sex? Of co-
A loud BOING sound resonated in the now silent room as Riyo turned one of the strings too far and snapped it in half as soon as she processed what she thought she heard. Her expression was eerily unchanging. Her stare slowly met the boil's, head tilting ever so slightly to the side.

"What was that last part?" He had said something else, surely. Maybe... Have Mex? Did he want to go out for Mexican food? Yes. Ignore the fact that Titus didn't eat that was SURELY what he said.

" I umm..." Titus wasn't certain he could manage to force himself to say it again. How the hell was this so awkward? He stared at Riyo for a good long moment, nothing but silence until he finally decided on a way to elaborate. A visual demonstration. Yes, this couldn't go badly at all.

Yes, his silence confirmed it! Mexican food! Mex... i... c-n'yoh my ghad.
Riyo's face turned from something of a pleasant if not stunned smile to a look of pure, unadulterated, absolute horror.

The more he did the hand gesture, the more Riyo seemed to lose her composure until there was none left to lose.
And then blood gushed out of her nose.
Her instrument was carefully set aside before she stood up abeit too rapidly for her state of mind. "TITUS. WHAT THE ********." She screamed as loud as her lungs would allow, not even thinking or caring about who could hear her.

"Well...to ******** you understand." Titus almost looked relieved despite the epic spaz attack she had just had. Somehow the look of horror wasn't going to put him off in the least.
"I just figured it could uhh....pass the time." So romantic Titus...so romantic. "You're a ghoul and I'm a boil we're.....tolerant of each other," Yeah that was more likely than 'friends.' "This is doable."

She obviously hadn't meant it like that, and it seemed like such a thing would be, well... OBVIOUS to anyone but Titus.
The ghoul stood there momentarily, awe stricken and mouth agape at his insinuations.
"Are you even listening to yourself?!" Oh boy. Blood was getting everywhere. Some of it had gotten into her mouth. Augh.
"What would even- I don't- Holy skeleton Jack!" Riyo had dealt with hints at things of a more intimate nature before. But most of those were just to get under her skin and rather subtle anyways. This?! This was serious!
Should she hit him? She should hit him! After she got over the overwhelming shock! "Titus, how would you even DO that? You clam up when I'm just touching you!" Was the answer still no? Oh you bet it was, but this s**t NEEDED an explanation. "DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO THAT?"

Somehow Titus didn't take the nose bleed as a bad sign. That meant she was into it right? It was sure gushing everywhere. She must have been really into him.
Oh problem one. "I figured you could do most of the work." Problem solved. Beware Riyo, Titus is about to sweep you off your feet.
Problem two. "I'm sure I could....figure it out. It seems simple enough. p***s in the hole right?" Checkmate. Titus was a grade A romancer.

And suddenly 'why' didn't matter anymore.
Riyo's face grew unbelievably pale as Titus broke down a whole intimate affair down to a simple formula, much like 2+2, except this happened to equal sex.
Reaching into her pocket, the ghoul shakily pulled out her eyephone and began typing up something, pausing only momentarily to read, the way her eyes were darting back and fourth.
"Allow me... To give you my answer in a way you can't possibly misconstrue, in as many different languages as I can find on the first page of Greugle."
She cleared her throat.
"Nee, Jo, La, Voch', Deyil, Ez, Nie, Ne, Bù, Ikke, Ei, Non, Ara, Den, Pa, Nahi, Nem, Nei, Tidak, Nai, Ainyo, Non, Néra, Não, Niet, Nema, Naha, Brez, Hakuna, Nej, Yok, Không, NID OES, ILLA, NEIN, AND FINALLY A GOOD OLD ENGLISH NO!"
And then she threw her phone at his face.

Titus stared at Riyo quietly as if waiting a good answer. I mean how could she not say yes? When she said she had her reply Titus waited patiently- PATIENTLY- for Riyo to fiddle with her phone before she gave her answer...which just happened to be a series of 'nos' that rose in volume until she finally tossed her phone at him in the end.
The devise cracked against his forehead before it bounced away and clattered to the floor. The demon blinked once, twice and brought up a hand to rub at the now sore spot on his noggin. "Putain!" The word came out as a growl, eyes closing as he nursed the spot on his head.
He waited only a moment to let the lingering pain subside before he drew his hand back to look at the feline. " For a moment he thought back to what could have gone wrong with the conversation. He had been nice hadn't he? Surely it wasn't something he said. The look of deep thought was on his face before he stared hard at Riyo. No, he was pretty sure the problem was on her end. She was obviously more a prude than he was. "Why not?" Simple question.

What was that, the 5th time Riyo had broken her phone this year? 6th? They were probably getting tired of seeing her at the store. Still, the nice sound of metal hitting bone resonated well with her. It was satisfying.
"Oh, YOU wanna know?" Well she was sure as s**t going to tell him from the looks of it! He had just stuck his finger... Or something else... Into a hornets nest.
"Well let me explain in words that even an IDIOT can understand." No more kid gloves. The ghoul marched her a** right over to the boil who she now considered INVADING her space and grabbed him right by the collar, and she was going to hoist him as far in the air as her arms would possibly allow. "You come into MY room acting like a gentleman by bringing my shoes back, pretending everything is all sunshine and rainbows on this little end of the spectrum and then you FLOOR me with the suggestion that we have CASUAL SEX TO PASS THE JACK DAMN TIME. I don't know if you're just completely oblivious to societal taboo's or what, but YOU DON'T EVEN CONSIDER ME A FRIEND. Do you know what that tells me, Titus? That tells me you only even tolerate me because you think I'm just gonna PUT OUT."
Oh, those eyes had some kind of sinister red glow. "What did you expect me to say?! Oh, tee hee. Of course we can have sex! Me, do all the work? Sure, you just lay there like a dead fish and I'LL GET RIGHT ON THAT."
Though really, all this rage was just covering the fact that her feelings were kinda hurt.

Titus' eyes narrowed in on the feline as she approached not even bothering to avoid her as she grabbed for his collar, but hoisting him was probably easier said than done. He immediately grabbed for her wrist, his gloved hand wrapping around it with force.
"Doing nice things here and there doesn't make me a nice person, Princess." He jerked at her hand trying to remove it from his person, teeth bared as he spoke. "If you fell for the illusion that I was nice I'm not going to apologize. You were the one that came to me after the bet. If you thought there could be something more than mere toleration then you were sadly mistaken. I don't have friends. I. Don't. Need. Them." He bit off each word as if to drive his point home, his anger level rising passed reason. If he had the time to think he probably would have rethought what was coming out of his mouth.
