Danny had carried the package around all day to ALL of her classes. A lot of students had assumed it was some sort of baked good and tried to get on her sweet side to steal a piece. A few actually knew what is was and gave her a sort of annoyed look, but Danny shirked it off.
She had a mission today. She was on the hunt for one mermaid. Preferably Amphi, but y'know. She'd make do.
Eventually she found the ghoul in one of the herbology rooms, standing next to an odd silver haired woman that Danny had never seen before. Maybe a teacher? She looked a bit young for that? It didn't matter.
Danny ran in, arms stretched and wrapped herself around Amphi before the ghoul could even protest. "Amphi! I have a- I have thi- who are you?" She couldn't help it. Curiosity killed Night the cat.

Amphi was pointing out plants for the older mermaid to tell her about, checking the soil of some plants and then watering of others before grinning.
"So there! I guess doing that favor wasn't too bad!" Amphi beamed at her sister who just shook her head.
"How did we manage to get roped into this? You are too kind Amphi..." Undine shook her head.
They both looked over as the fire demon bursted in, Amphi jumping as the arms circled around her and smiled happily. "Danny!" The mermaid exclaimed, reaching up in a way to hug the taller ghoul back.
"My name is Undine, Little fire demon. I am Amphi's older sister." She studied the ghoul with a careful eye. Although...she was more receptive of the ghoul than she was with Roch.

"Wow your older sister's really pretty," Danny said, just taking the older mermaid in. It was true too. All that silvery hair, the swimmer's body. It was pretty dang attractive.
She seemed to remember her purpose and unraveled herself from Amphi, digging through her messenger bag. It was in here somewhere ...
Danny continued to dig and said, "It's in here ... somewhere ..."
"Tadahhh!" she said, protruding the stage pink and brown colored box. "For you!" The little box, oddly, didn't stir. Most rabos were bouncing off the walls to get out of the box, but this one was just quiet. Maybe it was shooken up from Danny running it around all over school. Whoops.

Undine smiled softly at the ghoul, pleasure clearly shown on her face. "Why thank you Danny, Your a very becoming Ghoul yourself." She cocked her head, studying the ghoul as she stepped away from Amphi.
Truly she enjoyed that Amphi had someone she was so...close too. At the same time though, Undine was possessive and well.....
"A gift?" Amphi peered around Danny's body as she pulled out a package. What? "What's in here?" She shook the box as well, attempting to hear what laid inside.
"Is it big?" Amphi looked over at Undine who had crossed her arms.
"Why don't you open it Little turtle and see?" The older mermaid offered, still studying Danny.

Amphi blinked at all the excitement and then tugged at the ribbon.
Pulling the lid off, she looked inside the small box at a....creature?
"It's....a minipet...." Amphi held the box to her sister who took it, pulling the small creature out. It blinked owlishly at her, yawning as she stared at it.
"It...is...so...cute." Amphi stated bluntly, cradling the thing to her chest. She then stared at Danny.
"Danny...This gift....I just...." She smiled hugely......
Undine poked at the creature..."What is it?"

Awwwwwww Amphi was so cute and the rabo was so cute and they were SO CUTE TOGETHERRRR.
"It's a rabo!" Danny said proudly, hands on her hips. She had such pride in her little firelands breed of minipet. Even if they were a pain in the a** half the time.
She leaned back on one of the herbology tables, which earned her a hiss from one of the plants, but she didn't mind. "Oh, Mrs. Amphi's sister do you want one? I have lots back at my dorm ..." Seriously, way too many. Undine hadn't caused a singling drowning that was as bad as drowning in rabos.

Amphi blinked as she held it up higher. It stared down at her like...Why.
She stared at it like...Cute.
"A rabo?" Undine blinked she poked the cheek of the little minipet and then smiled at the little fire demon, "I am not arborhored to having one of my own, if that is okay with you Miss Danny. And please, call me Undine. Mrs. Amphi's sister sounds to uptight."
"Can I really keep her?" Amphi blinked as she cuddled the Rabo close. "I really can?"

"Uh yeah. You really really can," she said, laughing. "It's a present Amphi! You keep those!"
She had no idea what arborhored meant. Did that mean she wasn't against having one? WELL OKAY.
Danny nodded and said, "Okay Undine! I'll go get you one later okay?" Yup, presents for everybody. Oh but Undine probably wasn't staying, huh? "When do you leave? I can try and run really fast now I guess, but if you leave before that ..." Hopefully she could make it in time. What if Undine left and she never got her present? That would be just terrible.

Amphi beamed up at Danny, coming over to the ghoul and hugging her tightly, the rabo attempting to escape the crushing hugs. "Okay I will keep it!" She stared at it, "But will name it later!" The mermaid chirped.
Undine on the other hand was fascinated with the Fire demon and her energy. Chuckling, she came over as well and reached up to pat Danny on the head.
"There is no need for such a pretty ghoul as yourself to put so much effort for me. Perhaps instead, we can leisuruly walk to your dorm instead? I wouldn't mind a bit of yours...and Amphi's youthful company since I shall leave soon." She scratched the small minipet between the ears.
"Tell me Danny, What kinda of fire demon are you?" Undine asked. Amphi on the other hand, snaked her hand through Danny's and clung as they talked. Watching her sister.

 Amphi's sister thought she was pretty. With a single pat on the head, Danny was officially starstruck. Best older sister ever. Why couldn't her brother be as loving and nice as Undine? Man unlife was unfair.
"Um," Danny began, as they were walking towards the dorm. "Just a flame demon, but my family specializes in arsons ..." She looked up at Undine and clarified, "Oh! That's where you set houses and stuff on fire." Arson was a hard word- she wouldn't blame Undine if she didn't know it!
Danny put her hand in Amphi and began swinging as they walked. "Are you a mermaid like Amphi, Mrs. Amph- Undine?"

Undine was enthralled by the ghoul. It was like looking at a cute fire version of Amphi. Why...It must be so. Undine chuckled at herself.
"A flame demon then. No official name?" Undine smiled, taking Undines other arm. She could tell though on the other side that Amphi was getting those small feels of jealousy, especially since her sister was cling tighter to the ghoul.
"That is quite a feat..." She was amused that the demon had thought to explain it, though Undine was from the water, she was quite intimate with the workings of most fire demons. Her former lover had been a demon after all...though...he was a Lust demon....
"I am indeed..." Undine murmured, "Amphi and I share the same coloring of tails and scales, though hers are a little more purple. But yes, I am a mermaid as well." She smiled again.
"Undine is the prettiest mermaid Danny." Amphi said in a hushed voice, "She has the prettiest voice of all the mermaids in our clan. That's why she is queen! She use to drag many humans to their death!" Amphi nodded.

"Official name? My official name is Danny..." the flame demonness said, clearly confused by Undine's line of thought. She shrunk a little closer to Amphi. Was she supposed to have an officially official name? Maybe she was inadequate ... ?
Amphi quickly changed the subject though, and Danny was grateful. She didn't want to talk about her name anymore.
Danny gasped. "Nuh uh!" Danny said, "There's no way it can be better than Amphi's voice!" She gave the mermaid ghoul a squeeze. "You should hear her when she sings in music club with Hel! They're like magic!"

Undine laughed, really enjoying the flame demon. "I meant your species, if you were a specific like Salamander or Pyro or poe or something of that sort..." She again, patted the flame demon who had hidden by the smaller mermaid.
"Amphi's voice is quite beautiful..." Undine beamed with pride at her sister, "And she is well on her way to surpassing me!"
"Never sister!" Amphi exclaimed and then looked at Danny, "Danny has a good voice too sister! Don't let her lie! And Hel too! Hel is a valkyrie!"

"Oh! I'm a flame demon! That's my official name okay yes," she said happily, whipping her tail back and forth like a dog responding to a treat at the elder sister's pat. Amphi's sister was the best sister.
Danny's eyes went wide as Amphi tried to compliment her. Now Danny might've been a bit full of herself at times, but she was still an insecure teenage ghoul when it came to receiving compliments. "What? No!" She clamped a hand over Amphi's, keeping the ghoul from talking. "Amphi is the best singer ever ever and she's the bestest best friend ever too."
The hand clamped around Amphi's mouth was quickly going around her neck while the other one was going around her waist.
This was becoming a hug again, wasn't it?
