*raises hand* I was wondering about my character, She's from the Hozuki clan, but should she be able to use the Hydrification tech. or not? And also, I have no clue what to pick for the jutsu from the village. *sweatdrop*

Torgrita uchiha *raises hand* I was wondering about my character, She's from the Hozuki clan, but should she be able to use the Hydrification tech. or not? And also, I have no clue what to pick for the jutsu from the village. *sweatdrop* Hozuki is not a clan.

I was wondering: since the charkra/ skill total for a genin is 800 and down, what would be the charkra/ skill total for a jounin?
