Introduction

For the Fourth class, we will be focusing on the two stats dealing with Ninjutsu.

Seal Strength:
Similar to strength for Taijutsu, this determines the damage that Ninjutsu and Genjutsu can cause.

Seal Speed:
This often determines how fast you can perform seals and thus is used as a requirement for certain Jutsu, to determine accuracy with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, or as a method to counter Jutsu.

Seal Strength

Seal Strength determines just how potent your Jutsu attacks are, setting a cap for how much damage those Jutsu's can deal. This applies to all Ninjutsu and Genjutsu attacks.

Seal Speed

Determining just how accurate your Jutsu's are, which applies to Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, this will also help counter enemy Jutsu with your own.
