E4 216
Fifteen Years have passed since Alduin's fall. The Dragonborn only did what was needed and joined the Greybeards. Meaning he left the Stormcloaks to fend for themselves. The Stormcloaks lost the war due to the sheer number of Imperial soldiers. However, during the Civil War, the Emperor was assassinated by the Dark Brotherhood. The new emperor had a deep hatred for the Thalmor and wished to rid them of their control over the Empire. With Skyrim in their pockets, the Empire gained it's power back. Enough power to rid the Thalmor if planed correctly. Without Thalmor noticing, they began training and gathering forces to fight against the Thalmor. They are now strong enough to launch starting with Skyrim.
During the fifteen years, characters have appeared and turned each guild around (Same way as the game). The mages guild grew strong with a new archmage and began to explore. The new archmage had a particular interest in Dewmer ruins. He sent one group to search one of the ruins exposed by the eruption of Red Mountain. It was a jackpot filled with schematics and documents on Dwemer tech and magic. However, Their experiments made them unwanted in Winterhold so they moved to clear out Blackreach, the heart of all Skyrim's dwarven ruins. Clearing out the ruins caused Falmer to retreat from the ruins and awakened an ancient dragon that fled the cave. Causing much trouble in the surface. There, the College of Winterhold's mages study. Now know as the Dwarven Inquisition.
The new Harbinger of the Companions was supposedly warned by Hercine himself about the Falmer in her dreams. Allowing her to be plan ahead of time. Hand picking those that were allowed to join the Circle. The Thieves guild is prosperous and run a market in the ratways of Riften. No news on the Dark Brotherhood except they killed the Emperor.
(will add special story to whomever wishes to take the role as the Listener)
Near the start of the time period, A group of vampire hunters had appeared to handle the uprising vampire threat. After obtaining Auriel's Bow, they were successful in stopping Lord Harkon's plan to rid the world of the sun. With the major vampire threat handled, they locked away the bow. However, the Volkihar Clan wasn't completely defeated. The Dawnguard member who received the bow had the assistance of Harkon's daughter, Serina. During the hunt for Elder Scrolls, Serina and the Dawnguard member gain a bond. The former Dawnguard accepts turning into a vampire by Serina in order to be with her. Soon, the new vampire lord became the clan leader of the Volkihar vampire for killing Harkon previously, proving the greater of the rest.
