In the middle of the night, Eindride snuck out. He ran away from the lair of filthy males, with only the hopes of finding his mother. Surely, she would understand him. And love him... All those things they never could. Yes, she was his REAL family! His only hope...
He had been out all night, and the sun was rising already. But he refused to sleep in the forest. So filthy! Not at all hygienic... As the sun kept rising, he finally found a way out of that scary place. A great big field, flowery and beautiful. And a bit further away, Ein could spot a lake of some sort. The water was shimmering like crystals in lights of the dawn, it looked so clean and pure. Maybe I could rest a bit, after I clean this forest stench out of my fur. Can't exactly meet mother in this filth... That wouldn't be very ladylike! So he head towards the sunlit water, tired as he was.

Nurse had spent may years trapped in this small lake with little hope of ever making it make to the big blue or her family. She had long since gotten use to her small pond and everything in and around it.It was home if she liked it or not. Most of the time being not since it was so lonely in the pond.
The sun shined in apon her and all the fish around her.She looked up out of the water to see a tiger that she had not seen before. She wondered who this tiger was and what bung it to her pond. She watched it closely thinking about if she should come in any closer or stay back and watch some more to be safe. She was scared since she normally didn't get visitors.

Walking towards the water, barely able to keep his eyes open, Ein soonly realised something very disturbing. This isn't like a neat little bath tub... Things may actually LIVE in there! Slimey fishes, slithering eels, waterbugs... T-t-they don't bite thou, do they?
Afraid of wild beasts and filthy critters, he snuck over the edge. Dared he dip his paw down? Was it clean enough? What gross things might be luring underneath the surface? He was so busy worrying, that he wouldn't even notice the eyes peeled to him.

Nurse Watched the poor tiger for a bit longer before making a choice in her head. She moved in a little closer.Once she got closer she could tell that said tiger was boy and very nerves looking. She felt for bad for the poor guy so she took a deep breath and slowly moved in.After she didn't want to scare him or anything like that.
She slowly popped her upper body out of the water."Hello?"She had soft and slightly scared voice. She didn't talk much since she didn't have anyone to talk to here.Fish didn't talk much and if it they did it was boring.

He had just decided that the water might actually be safe to try, when a face suddenly appeared. Both startled and terrified, he flew up and ran to hide behind nearest rock, with a shout. "Kyaa! D-don't b-b-bite me! M-m-m-my b-b-brothers would c-come looking f-f-for me!" That was a lie. Even if the possibility was there, Ein just failed to see it. When had they ever cared? And his fathers weren't much to speak of either... His uncles thou, maybe they would come to his rescue? Were they strong enough, thou? To face that... Wait, what was it again? He'd scurried of before even looking.
Slowly and carefully, he started peeking out behind the rock. To his surprise, he found nothing scarier than a Fox. A rather cute one at it. Very cute, actually. He couldn't help but to blush up. How silly he felt. So stupid. Why would anyone want to eat him anyway? Then again, fair maidens are always the ones to get in trouble in the stories...

Nurse frowned as she watched the male jump back shout. She felt really bad.She didn't mean to scare him."I'm sorry.I'm not going to eat you....I can't even get very far out of the water on my own. Please to go." She pulled her self out to the edge of the water.
"Please.I swear i'm not going to eat you."She was so sad.She wanted to cry.She didn't like being all alone out here in this lake but what choice did she have.He big blue eyes where tearing up a bit.

He kept looking at her as she apologised so desperately, and he came to realise that there really wasn't anything scary about her. Like a beautiful mermaid. A maiden. Yes! She was the maiden here, the one in trouble. Not him. And it was his duty, as a fellow lady, to cheer her up.
"Hey. Chin up, darling. A proper lady don't cry." He walked up to her and rubbed her cheek with his paw, giving her a careful smile. Just like he felt locked up with his family of males, she was held back by nature. Like a little finch in a cage.

Nurse sniffled a little bit then smiled a little bit."I'm sorry.I don't like being scary...i really don't."Blue eyes looked into his."so...um...Hi."She couldn't think of what else to say.She was extremely shy around things she had never met before. She pulled her self out of the water a little more so she could be a little closer to this new person.

Her eyes, they were stunning. Never before had he seen such a beautiful feature in anyone. Why was this? Were her eyes really that different from the rest?
Nervously, he took a step back, and finally he could fully see her. There was something slightly creepy of the slimey fishtail, yet she looked just like he'd imagined the story book mermaids. Except... She wasn't very colourful. In fact, she looked quite dull and gloomy. Like a rock. A rock with hypnotizing eyes... Ein shook his head. Better stay clear. Who knew what shadowy creatures my be lurking nearby, just as they were speaking? This really isn't a very safe place for two ladies to be alone in...
"H-hello there. My name is Eindride, and I'm looking for... someone I haven't seen in a very long time. Say, have you seen any rabbits around here, maybe?" He looked around them. The place really did seem quite deserted, besides the two of them.

Nurse watched him closely wondering what was on his mind."I am Nurse...It is nice to meet you Eindride.Let me think."She thought about it.Had she seen any rabbit go by?If so it must have been a long time ago cause she was having trouble remembering."Wait yes i do.It was a long time ago...Right around the time when i first got stuck in here so rabbits came by but since then there has been not may thing here other then me and the fish.It is extremely lonely here but i can not make it back to the ocean."She jumped back into the water for a second then jumped back out."Sorry i was drying out."

trinkuh Sorry for taking so long, completely forgot gonk Ein was just about to thank her and keep going, when he suddenly felt a rock solid lump settle down deeply in his chest. Guilt. Could he really leave her like this? She was even lonelier than he was. How could he be complaining about bad company, when she was stuck here with none at all? It didn't seem fair to him. Nothing ever did, but this felt especially bad...
"Is there really no way at all to get out of there?" He asked, as he looked around them to see how far off the ocean might be. It was entirely out of sight. "If I might ask... How did you end up here in the first place anyway?" If she could get there, there must also be away out. It just couldn't be hopeless. He wouldn't let it be. Her mother must miss her too...
