It was another beautiful sunny day. Leena had set up most of her tables outside again to allow her customers to enjoy the warm sunny weather. She loved this time of year. Sweets and ice cream were very popular right now. And she was one of the few Mears who knew how to make ices cream year round. So during these warm days her shop grew even more popular. There were hardly any lulls in customers but when there was she would sneak bites at her lunch. It was a bit hard to keep up with demands all the time and not getting any breaks but this was what the sweet smelling mare loved to do. With her being the only worker she had it was not a big surprise that she was able to work off most of the sweets she snacked on and keep a somewhat thin figure.
Adorned with her signature whip cream hat she headed outside to see if a new wave of Mearas were coming or if she might be able to sneak a bit of a break.

Lilac, a new mother was carrying her son, for day outside like his father Crisanto enjoyed the outdoors and was fascinated by what was going on around him. She shifted her arms around so the baby was comfortable as she walked. Humming..lightly, her tail swishing to and fro idly. She sighs a bit "Cris..please stop moving around, I don't want to drop you" she told the baby. Crisanto , who had his father's bronze wings and his mother's white coloration, was lying in his mother's arm, watching the world go by. He giggled and gurgled as his mother strolled around. His Eyes were looking around excitedly. He slightly pouted as his mother scolded him to stop moving around.

A bright eyed wriggling foal in his mother's arms caught Leena's attention when she popped her head outside her shop. She smiled brightly at them and laughed a bit, "Well miss you and your foal are more than welcome to take a seat and rest a bit if you would like. I would be glad to off you some water. And maybe you might find a little treat for the two of you. I do have some sugar free items that might keep him busy and not wriggling to so much." She said warmly. Always willing to help when she saw a need. No mater how small that need might be.

Lilac sighs and shifted her arm position and sat down on a nearby empty chair, sitting her son upright. She blew out a breath, but tickled her son's belly.Before she glanced at the other mare "A glass of water if you don't mind, he can be a handful" she told the other.
Crisanto bursted out into giggles and gurgles as his mother tickled him. He blinked and glanced at the other mare present, that wasn't his mother and gazed at her with his bright eyes, curious to know who she was. His little bronze and white tipped wings fluttered slightly.

Leena gave a bit of a bow the whipped cream on her hair not even sliding forward in the slightest at her movement. "Of course miss. And yes I am sure that that he is. But as much of a handful they can be in the end they are well worth it. Though I don't have any foals of my own." She smiled at the little foal giving him a playful wink to the bright curious gaze he gave her. "I shall be right back miss."
With that said she turned and headed back into her little shop. She returned rather quickly with a large glass of nearly iced water. "Nice and cool for you miss. The water is on the house, but if you like i can get you a menu for the sweets or ice cream I have here. If not that is fine too. I was just about to take a short break. But I would be very glad to wait you on should you like anything."

Lilac nodded her agreeing with the other mare "indeed it is" she said with a smile before snuggling her son. She smiled at the sight of a glass of ice cold water, before she steadied her son with one hand and took a drink of her water "Ahh..so much better" she said. Before shaking her head "a class of water is fine" she answered.
Crisanto,giggles lightly before waving his little arms around as if saying waving. Before taking a moment to snuggle with his mommy and watching her take a drink of water. He blinked and curiously watched his mother.

Leena gave a bit of a nod, "Well then just let me know if you need a refill." She smiled at the little male. "Hello there little sir. I bet your her first born with the way she is clinging to you." She smiled at them and then turned to head back inside. "Oh would you like me to get him a cup or rag to let him get some water or I do have some frozen peaches he could suck on if you want to give him a bit of a snack.

Lilac shook her head "i have his sippy cup with so..we should be alright" she answered with a smile before handing Crisanto his sippy cup with apple juice in it.
Crisanto gripped the handles of his sippy cup and took a drink of his apple juice. Before giggling and looking around his surroundings with bright eyes, as if he's never seen it before.

Leena gave a nod and made her way back into her shop with a shrug. Well it looked like she would be able to take her lunch now. Walking up to her counter Leena pulled out a small box that held her lunch in it but just as she was about to open it a group of foals made their way in. She shook her head and set her lunch back under the counter and smiled walking over to them. "Good afternoon. Would you three care for a free sample wail you figure what you want?"
When the foals all agreed she handed them each a wrapped chocolate and then waited for their orders. She was not surprised when they asked for ice cream each wanting a single scoop in a cone. She gave a nod and ventured into the back to get the ice cream for them and came back with a large single scoop of ice cream in a freshly made waffle cone. The young ones placed their coins on the counter and she gave them each their cones. She did not mention that one of the foals was a few cents short. "There you are. Do enjoy and come back soon!"

Lilac blew out a few short breaths after her drink of water and smiled enjoying the sunshine, she played with Crisanto as he was holding his sippy cup. She glanced up at the sky wondering what Tuncay was up to, probably sitting on a bench outdoors playing on his harp or something.
Crisanto watched as his mother played with him at the same time glanced up at the sky, he blinked and looked upwards as well as to figure what his mommy was thinking about.

Leena took a few bites of her lunch watching the mare outside with her foal. She watched the far away gaze pass over her face and sighed. Mares in love were always such pains. She rolled her eyes and picking up a pitcher walked back outside to refill her glass. "Thinking of his father?" she asked gently. Might as well see if she could help in some way. Sometimes talking things over made a choice or the problem be seen in a different light.

Lilac blinked as the mare came back out with the pitcher of water to refill her glass "yeah...but just wondering what his father is up to" she said, Tuncay hadn't really abandoned her since the babies were born, she was pretty sure his plan was to help her until they grew up. Not that she had issues with it.
Crisanto sat and listened to the birds sing, not understanding any of it but it was a nice tune. He sat still and listened to the songs of the birds,before letting out a giggle because the songs were pleasant and relaxing.

Leena refilled the glass and held the pitcher in her hands, "Well thinking of where is he is still think about him. I am assume from the look in your eyes he is still helping you take care of the foal or foals. Which is good enough of him. Did you come out today to search for him or just to enjoy the day with your little son?" No one else was in the shop just now so she might as well try to be a bit social to the new mother. Though if it was clear this Gwilith wanted to be alone then she would just leave her alone.

Lilac glances at the mare "I actually just came out enjoy the sunshine with my son" she said watching her son sit intently listening to both the birds and his mother's voice.
Crisanto's wings lightly fluttered about, before he yawned lightly and reached out towards his mother for her to carry him, nap time for him for sure. He rubbed his eyes before falling asleep once he was in his mother's hold.

Leena nods, "Ah yes. Well then I do hope you two enjoy your sunshine. If you need anything please give me all shout. My name is Leena." With that said she smile and made her way back into her shop. Well now it did look like she would be able to get thew her lunch.
No one was in the shop now and the mother and baby were good for now. So yes she had time try and finish her lunch. The box came back up onto the counter and she started to eat.
