Secondly would come Kabuto because he's plain sexy (Yeah I said it! I'm mentally in love with somebody that doesn't even exsist)
Orochimaru because he's awesome... (and him and Kabuto are the perfect yaoi pairing. Yes, I have the Yaoi loving disease)

That's my top ten, because Sasuke, Gaara, and Obito are too great to chose just one out of the three of them to be number one. So it is actually my top twelve, but who cares.

From what I've seen, Kakashi is pretty great. Not only was he excellent when he was younger, but upon the gift of Obito's Sharingan...well, needless to say it has provided more of a "bad-a**" attitude. Although he did seem weaker in the earlier episodes, he does show improvement of the Sharingan's continuous usage. Especially in the current manga.

1) Monzaemon Chikamatsu xD the very FIRST Puppet Master and creator of the Ten White Puppets that Chiyo somehow got a hold of and fought Sasori with xD
2) Kakashi xD because Kakashi hasn't really gotten anything new... he just keeps pulling old stuff out and tweaking it xD so he's been badass since the beginnin xD
3) Shino Aburame... since he would have to have a TON of chakra in order to be a living nest for the parasites xD
