A trip deep into the forests of Soudul was where Nayal wanted to begin her dragon hunt. It wasn't long before she had realized that she didn't know Soudul as much as she had initially thought. Her life revolved around Obsidian City and her grandfather really hadn't let her roam much her entire life. He was quite protective of her, or so he had always said, and she had yet to accept that fact. Draco seemed much different when comparing Nayal to another ordinary Oblivionite, probably because Nayal was his only living descendant. Not that that was a good thing in the slightest. Nevertheless, Nayal continued on her journey to obtain a dragon orb and show her grandfather what she could really do, and into the forest she went.
Being honest, Nayal had her insecurities about leaving the town and searching for the very thing that killed her parents, a dragon. Though she was searching for a much weaker version of what her parents had been killed by, she was still a little fearful for her own life. Though she knew that if she came across a dragon, she would be able to tear it to shreds. Her training had helped her mold into a mighty warrior. She just needed to find her target.
Finally, after a few hours of strenuous searching, she came across a little dark green dragon. Unbeknownst to it, she was right behind him. The dragon was grazing on the dark grass, getting ready for a flight across Soudul to meet its family, but that wasn't going to be the case when Nayal was through with it.
Quickly, Nayal ambushed the dragon, jumping onto his back with as much speed and stealthiness as she could muster. Her jump was silent, the dragon screeched as she landed on his back, grabbing his horns in the process. The dragon leaped into the air and began to try and fly around. "You're not going to get away from me that easily, dragon." she said, determined to get that dragon back on the ground. Nayal was not going to let her prey go and instead, used the leverage she had and steered the dragon right into a tree, causing Nayal to jump off and the dragon to become too confused to truly see what was going on.
Crashing to the ground, Nayal quickly jumped back to her feet and ran to the dragon's side. The dragon continued to scream as the Oblivionite grabbed the head of her opponent and twisted it, making the deadly snapping noise. The screams subsided and the dragon then lay lifeless on the ground. It was over, the deed was complete. Nayal had defeated her first dragon. Oh how Draco, her grandfather, would be so proud of her latest accomplishment.
A few moments had passed and the dragon's body began to glow a deep green and flake to pieces. All that was left was the bones on the ground as well as a little green orb next to the body. Nayal picked up the orb and placed it in her pocket, quite pleased with her accomplishment, she gave an evil smirk before turning towards the bones of the dragon. "Your kind killed my parents, thus we couldn't even be distant friends if you wanted. I would want to kill you far too much. Dragons and people were not meant to be friends. Good riddance." she said, spitting on the bones of the deceased before making her way back towards Obsidian City.
