Hair Style: Probably the default hairstyle for that lineart is fine.
Hair Color: White with silver streaks

Clothing Edits: Something to make her clothes look a bit more fancy- the top can probably stay as it is, but the skirt needs to be full-length and not pleated.
Clothing Colors: Dark purple with some silver and/or black patterning/detailing... Maybe some spiders or webbing. Ideally silver 'webbing' all over the skirt, maybe?
Other Edits: If possible she should have a silver necklace with a red gemstone in the shape of a black widow's marking. Her mouth should be upturned in a smirk instead of frowning.
Other jewelry in general and/or ornamentation for her hair would be nice, but I don't have any specifics besides keeping to the black/silver and hints of purple/red color scheme- so colorist's choice?
Maybe also some eyeshadow and lipstick on her face too... I just want her to look kinda fancy?
Anything else?: She'll have a brother, but I suppose it doesn't matter which of the two are made first.
References: [-Spider!Free Black Widow Marking (just more red than this one)-] Spinneret is Widowmaker's older sister- though that is probably not her real name. At one point in her life she was a powerful magic-user, and she is the one who made her brother all spider-like... probably just to see what would happen/for the 'lulz.' The transformation worked better than expected in some senses- and much worse in others. As long as her brother is alive, her magic is 'tied' into him and her ability to cast other forms of magic has been severely dampened... on the other hand, he has to obey any direct order from her, and she never was that strong of a fighter, so he makes a perfectly good bodyguard. She has a love of spiders that is borderline fetishistic- but it doesn't apply to her brother. Not because he's a weird spider-drow or even the fact that he's her brother- she just doesn't like his personality. She fancies herself an elegant and sophisticated lady, but on occasion she isn't 'Above It All' after all. She claims she cares nothing for her brother aside from his state as a magical curiosity... but she hasn't killed him or anything yet to restore her magical powers, so who knows?

Hair Style: Probably the default hairstyle for that lineart is fine, maybe make it a little more 'messy'
Hair Color: Mostly white, with some silver and black streaks, and also an abrupt splash of red on the bangs in the middle of the forehead.
Eye Color: Red (You can probably make it identical to Spinneret's- see Reference)
Skin Color: Black (Drow) (You can probably make it identical to Spinneret's- see Reference)
Clothing Edits: Shirtless and no shoes, maybe some wear/tattering on the pants as well. There should be a patch on one knee (as though it was repaired, doesn't matter which knee).
Clothing Colors: Gray pants. Patch should match the purple of his sister's dress (see Spinneret reference).
Other Edits: He should have a full-on grin showing fanged teeth, and if his ears are visible somehow, they should be pointed.
Most importantly, he should have four jointed, spiderlike (shiny, black carapace?) limbs sprouting out of his back (sort of like the Chestplate of Arachne item on Gaia, only without the actual chestplate).
There should also be a red tattoo on his chest that is shaped like a black widow's marking, and maybe some silvery 'cracking' type markings on his face and chest... and maybe even parts of him (like an arm or a shoulder) that are covered in shiny black carapace.

References: [-Spider!Free Black Widow Marking (just more red than this one)-] [Chestplate of Arachne] [Spinneret]Recluse is Spinneret's younger brother- though he wasn't always called that- his real name has been lost somewhere along the way. He was corrupted and transformed by his magic-using sister to give him some spiderlike qualities- he can spin webs and he's the most happy when he can have insects to eat (or at least raw meat that he can -pretend- he hunted down). Despite the transformation, he doesn't angst about it- he actually finds it 'pretty cool' for the most part, and would probably resist any attempts to return him to 'normal' (whether it's a side effect of the transformation or just because he's always been weird- his sister isn't telling). He is generally happy and often appears more sinister than he actually is... well, unless you're an insect. He has a complicated relationship with his sister- he's generally protective of her and often follows her orders even without her proving the point that she can MAKE him do things... but he's a bit troubled over whether he does genuinely care about her, or if it's all just what she did to him. Ironically, he doesn't like spiders all that much- he sees them as 'competition' (no matter how silly that notion might be).

Hair Style: Just an edit to the normal hair for that base- remove some of the bangs so it's more obvious that he doesn't have eyes, and remove the sticking-out bit so that it looks like the hair lays a bit flatter.
Hair Color: Iron gray, with black 'ends' like they were dipped in something.
Eye Color: None
Skin Color: Extremely pale, but not dead-white. There should be sort of an unhealthy cast to his skin, like a gray-blue or gray-green tinge.
Clothing Edits: The standard clothes are fine- just add some additional 'wear' to them (ragged edges, tears, small holes).
Clothing Colors: Tan top, mottled gray pants (like a bunch of different tones). Some mysterious black and red staining should be in places on the clothes- the red should be faded, but the black should be inky-solid.
Other Edits: Absolutely no eyes whatsoever on his face- no indication that he ever -did- have eyes on his face.
Optional- a large tear in the front of his shirt, revealing an eye- the eye should be red and sinister-looking.
Added eye or not... add a wide grin with sharklike/beartrap-like teeth visible.
Anything else?: Basically aside from the 'no eyes on the face' and the shark-y teeth, I'm pretty much flexible with how he looks- those are the important parts of the concept. I tried to clarify things a bit, but if you want to play around a little besides those things, I'm open to it.

(Through PM - Can be forwarded and/or I can get the shop owner to confirm it otherwise) References - [Spenser] [Faux]This character is a strange one because he sorta... exists both as a normal and as an anthro because of some weird cloning story I came up with- it would make perfect sense to have a Pockettu along the same design with some personality traits that carry over and yet still exist as a separate entity. Hair Style: Short, wavy/curly- completely and utterly a mess.
Hair Color: Bright Red
Eye Color: Bright Red
Skin Color: White with black panda-markings around the eyes, and a red spider-web making overlaying even the panda marking around the right eye (when you're looking at him- it's his left. See references if that's confusing, because even I feel semi-confused)
Clothing Edits: Typical mad-scientist gear- long labcoat, thick rubber gloves... Normal pants where visible, normal shoes are fine.
Clothing Colors: Gloves and shoes should be black and sort of shiny, pants can be white or gray. His labcoat is... ostensibly white, but should be covered in a lot of mysterious stain-age, especially slime green and blood red (it might vaguely look like he fished it out of a dumpster).
Other Edits: A tail similar to the Gaia Squid Tail item (link added in the references)- it should be somewhat cartoony and vaguely absurd and non-threatening (maybe it's striped with two different shades of red or something- have a little fun with it?)
Also, a sort of unsettling slasher-smile (you can look at the Faux reference for an example).
If he could be holding a scalpel and/or have a red spider-shaped pin (again, see Faux for that one), it'd be great, but not needed.
Anything else?: You can ignore the fact that reference-wise, the character has been a mouse and an anthro-mouse, respectively- I just included the references in case you might want to draw any inspiration from the original incarnations, and I don't want him to be a mouse. Sort of the fun is seeing how the original (Spenser) gets translated in new ways.

Anything else?: The game seems a little inconsistent about whether his glasses are tinted or not, so just go with whatever works.
He should be frowny/grumpy looking, not cheerful at all.

great. The grenade, if part of the cosplay, should just be on the ground/by him.
