Plumb's Feather is a gentleman's club that has been standing for approximately 60 years, serving as a haven for men from their wives, or from the women who seek to become their wives. Unlike some of the other establishments in Palisade, Plumb's hasn't achieved the same level of exclusivity; instead, men of status will often mingle, here, with country squires and young upstarts.
The result is an atmosphere less political and a bit more raucous. Most of the entertainment is wrapped up in gambling -- cards and dice, as well as friendly wagers on everything and anything else -- as well as drinking and cigars, tea and music. Membership is purchased via a stipend, for which the man in question gets access to weekly dinners and gaming.
Since Plumb's isn't as exclusive as some of the others, doesn't require sponsorship, merely funding, anyone who has the means is welcome to claim membership of this fine establishment and RP there at will.
