Opening the door Simon walked into the room, examining it as he went, checking the cupboards in the kitchen they appeard to be stocked... for the most part, he'd have to get some fod he liked, but personal preferenece aside the kitchen was well stocked, he checked each bedroom, claiming the right side to be his one, he dragged his bag into his room and laid it on his bed... deciding he'd had enough fun for one day Simon threw himself onto the sofa in the living room, just content to sit and examine things for the time being.

"Huh? I didn't order pizza..." Simon said to himself he chuckled before getting up, walking up to the door he opened it, a man, probably older than he was stood there, "Who're you then?" Simon asked, unsure whether he'd gotten a room mate or someone came by to greet him.

"Huh, wasn't expecting a room mate this quickly..." Simon said, wistfuly, he took hold of Lucian's hand and shook it, "Simon Avalon, also new here, please come in." he said stopping the shaking of Lucians hand to gesture towards the living room, "I've only been here... what 10 minutes? So we can talk about how we want the rooms set up afterwards, the only thing I'll tell you is that you've got the bedroom to the left." Simon said poiting to the door in question as he sauntered back to the sofa, falling into it with a slight thump, "S'pose "Welcome to your new home." is appropriate, eh?" he said before crashing his head against the back of the sofa and staring back into the cieling.

"Oh there are plenty of things I could be doing, but the fact is, this is the first time I've had to just... sit down, for a long while, I'd like to appreciate this gap in my schedule for now, rather than relentlessly search for the next task that needs doing." Simon said, not directly looking at Lucian, he just kept looking at the cieling, not really paying attnetion to its details or anything like that, just looking, sometimes lapsing into daydreams, other times, contemplating the otherwise infintite, he looked down from the cieling and to Lucian saying "Unless you wanna talk, it'd be interesting to get to know another of my kin." he said dropping his jacket slightly to give a slight wing flare, before replacing them underneath the jacket.

"Heh, how 'bout you start?" he said, he didn't know what about him Lucian wanted to know, thus he'd just use what Lucian told him about and tell him his stories.

"My lifes been a veritable cruise liner in comparison to yours..." he laughed awkwardly before resting his elbows on his knees and clasping his hands together, "I too have a sibling, my brother is... well he's nice, but he has a knack at being a tw@t if you know what I mean, my parents are very much alive, I deicded to come here because it felt like the most pragmatic application for me." he said, sifting through his life as it stood right now, "I'm rather taken with philosophy, mostly because its so intriguing, I'm also rather well versed in the culinary arts, but thats about it, I know a lot of recipes, and whilst they won't kill you, they won't set the world on fire either." he said, looking towards the kitchen, "Fancy a cuppa?" he asked, he had an odd thirst for tea right now and decided that he'd best ask if Lucain wanted some, because if you're gonna make a pot of tea why not share, right?

"Haha, now theres the thing, reality can't be defined, because there is no consistent reality that we all live, so reality isn't a lie, its a perspective of sorts... but I don't think you want to listen to me ramble." Simon opened up the cupboard he'd seen the tea bags in, taking the pot and putting hot water into it, leaving it in the sink he filled the kettle and set it to boil, he brought down 2 cups and set them infront of the stand on which the Tea pot sat.
