This is essentially a large prison, where people who have broken the rules of soul society come, often awaiting death. The palace is rather large and sits next to the Sōkyoku Hill by a small bridge. The tall buildings around as you walk through the streets, dark grey in color make this one of the most depressing places within the Seireitei.
