Companion or familiar?: Rook Familiar
Pet name: Aranka (maybe)
Description: She is light and golden, with coloring like that of a golden eagle. However, instead of black tips on her wings and tail, she has cream/white tips. I will leave it to the colorist to decide whether she should be solid, or have markings, perhaps like those on the hawk pictured below. As for her eyes, if my choice is permissible, then I would adore it; however, I understand if it is not and would then leave the color to the colorist to decide. Golden Eagle. // Hawk. // Her eyes.
Edits, if applicable: I would like for her to have a pendant on some ribbon, something in the style of those shown below, though it does not have to be exact. I would prefer that the metal be gold. I am thinking burgundy or black for the ribbon and a ruby for the gem. Straightforward. // Refined. (just not heart-shaped) // A little something extra.
Other notes: Please feel free to take a look at my journal, which contains Aranka's profile info as well as her first meeting with Anna. Feel free to get a little creative with her. I have more confidence in the colorists than in my dubious ability to put together a design.

Description: The idea is for him to be the counterpart of Huginn. In that respect, he is as bloodied as the rooks in the Murder of Crows event - so, bloody beak and talons, at the least. I would like to base his coloring off of a Goliath Heron. The only exception being that I don't want the yellow, scaly ring around the eye. I don't mind black markings around or under it, though (indeed, I adore eye-markings). Please pardon the excess of reference pics: close-up of feathers, what lovely eyes, full-body one, full-body two, and another just because.

About: Named for Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn are an inseparable pair of brothers. Though they are as intelligent as any rook touched by the magic of the Wood, they are a little more...wild than most. Bloodied and vicious, they are more than willing to attack their enemies when provoked. It would be a stretch to call them tame, but they do obey their master. Still, one would not want to come across them when he was not nearby to call them off.
Huginn, meaning thought, is the more calculating of the pair. He quietly watches everyone and everything with unblinking yellow eyes, coming up with the best solution to a problem. Muninn, meaning memory, is the more creative. While his brother is merciless, Muninn is cruel and vindictive. He is loud and raucous and enjoys taunting people.
Together, they guard Ravensgate against all comers. They have come to an understanding with Lord Thomas, who holds authority over the people of the estate. How the man gained the regard of two such unusual rooks is a story that most will never learn, but now that he has it, they listen to him and him alone. Any heed they pay to the staff of the estate is a mere courtesy to him.
As for Thomas's other companions, well, it is an interesting relationship to say the least. The rooks are capable of giving even the foul-tempered Gertrude a run for her money, despite the inherent advantages a bird of prey has over scavengers. Sigyn, on the other hand, they seem to almost respect. At the least, they rarely cross her.

Description:
He moves with subtle grace, as the black swan glides across the lake 'neath the silver moon, leaving nary a ripple in his wake.
Body: Black.
Markings: I like the idea of subtle feather-like markings, possibly done in iridescent greens and blues as with ravens or possibly done in white as with natural black swans (which actually does look quite elegant, just not sure how well the white feathering would translate to a Guardian). Maybe something like wings. Maybe feathers focused around the shoulders and back. Maybe something else entirely. lol I'm bad at visualization of such things, so I leave the details to your brilliant minds. As ever, I am fond of markings around eyes...just saying.
Hooves/antlers: Black with iridescent greens/blues in them? Flat black? idk.
Eyes: Given that Senka has red eyes and Lucius has yellow eyes, the idea of fiery orange eyes like the dying sun just seems natural.

A creature of elegance and poise, Cygnus is a sight to behold. He evokes the image of mighty stags of old - enigmatic creatures out of fairy stories who have been known to lead the worthy forward on their destined path. Although he carries himself with a regal bearing, he holds within him a deep well of tranquility. His very being seems to radiate a kind of sublime gentleness that soothes those who stand in his presence. He walks through life with deliberate, serene purpose. Yet despite being capable of great benevolence, he holds himself aloof, preferring to remain apart from the world at large.
It is not that the world does not interest him - indeed, he studies it most keenly. Instead, it is that he sees most clearly from a distance. As a creature meant to protect - his Chosen first and foremost, but other worthy humans, as well - he finds that the advantage of such clarity is preferable to becoming clouded by fits of emotion. For indeed, Cygnus knows his purpose well. He is a Guardian. He will guide those whom he deems worthy of his attention, assist them on their path. He will protect them should the need arise. When the time comes, he will fight the Wolves and he will see them meet their end.
Cygnus, you see, deals in absolutes. Though he understands the many shades of grey that his mistress so adores - and indeed, he even contemplates them and incorporates them in his calculations - he only acts with resolute purpose. He does not try or hope; he simply does or does not. From his objective viewpoint slightly to the side of life, he uses careful calculation to consider every action, weighing its merits and faults. Yet if he does decide to act, then it is a forgone conclusion that the act will be carried through to its completion. As such, he never regrets that which he does - what need, when he has already weighed the action and deemed it worthwhile?

Markings: Like his twin, he has subtle feather-like markings done in pale creams and/or golds. Maybe something like wings. Maybe feathers focused around the shoulders and back. Hooves/antlers: Pale gold?
Eyes: Pitch black without any whites showing.
