I don't hate the idea but I don't necessarily love it. I was in the same place as you once with one of my guilds Living..Here is some advice but you don't have to take it if you don't want to. Just remove of all the non-active members and when I say remove I mean REMOVE, refresh each unused topic (delete all the posts and make it look new again...Maybe even edit the description), and be sturn towards activeness. Possibly add a few more random topics just for hanging out or something of the sort, and maybe even make a big event or something that would bring your guild to life. Just a few Ideas I used for my guild and worked..Hope I can be of help. cat_smile
