RPer Username: Madotsuki x
Name: Robin Annalise Ward
Species: Human
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance description: Robin is of average height, coming in at around 5'5. She always keeps multiple clips in her hair to tame it; when she doesn't, it's very thick, fluffy, and generally unmanageable. She also adores quirky clothing/ odd combinations of it, and can hardly ever be seen wearing something often considered "typical." Her skin is very pale, and she never seems to tan no matter how much she is in the sun; instead, whenever she spends a lot of time outside, the freckles across her nose become more pronounced.
Personality: Robin is a social person by nature, and although she harbors slight problems with her tongue (she's incredibly blunt and thinks it's right to speak her mind no matter how rude), she tries to be friendly to everybody. She gets excited easily, and blushes quickly whenever she is even slightly embarrassed, much to her dismay. If stressed or pushed to the brink by others, her outspoken side gets the better of her, and she will not step down from a fight easily. However, she tries not to let that happen, and is generally kind and cheerful. Robin also has a tendency to daydream, and although it is not quite a flaw, it causes her much embarrassment.
Bio: Compared to many, Robin's childhood is what could be considered utterly normal. Born in Scotland, she was raised by her mother, her father having abandoned her family at a young age. Robin's half-brother was half-vampire (born from one of her mother's many affairs), so she has always been used to intermingling with many different races. However, she found it infuriating that so many others had supernatural powers while she was born a typical human, and to make up for this, focused on learning archery. Entering her teenage years, Robin became quite detached from her family, and her tongue caused her to lose most of her friends in school. Due to this, she began fixating even more on her art and her archery skills to compensate for her lack of human interaction. She enrolled in Rosentale in order to make up for her years of isolation.
Skills and Abilities: Robin does not possess any supernatural abilities, but to compensate for this, she trained herself to be skilled with weapons, notably bows and arrows. She has very good aim, and can consistently hit targets accurately from 75 meters.
Character Flaws:
- Blunt to the point where it frequently offends other people.
- She harbors a fear of abandonment that stems from her parents, and because of this, is clingy when she gets close to people. This goes to the extent where she dislikes even spending a day away from those who she cares about.
- Robin is quite lazy, which can cause her to miss important appointments and to not do as well in school as she possibly could.
Sexual Orientation: Bi-Curious
Status: Single
Likes: (at least 3)
- Art, especially painting
- Video games and superhero comics
- Typical romance; novels, movies, you name it.
- Archery
- Books (fantasy, mostly)
- Indie music
- Cheesecake and sweet foods in general
- The ocean and warm, windy weather
- Challenges
Dislikes: (at least 3)
- People who toss around the word "love" and treat relationships like they're nothing; her mother frequently had affairs when Robin was a young girl, and she hates seeing other people like this.
- Darkness
- Cold weather
- Spicy foods
- Cooking
RP Example: Her freckled nose pressed up against the window, Robin gasped in amazement as she stared out of the glass. She had seen many strange things in her life- vampires, youkai, and werewolves, to name a few- but she had never viewed a sight so breathtaking as the one from her airplane seat. Oceans, forests, and meadows all sprung into view, and with each new scene, she could imagine herself exploring them, just like a hero in the novels that she seemed to favor. As her mind wandered, she could almost taste the salt in the air and feel the sand beneath the soles of her feet, and she closed her eyes, breathing a small sigh of happiness. To her, the trip couldn't last long enough.
All of a sudden, she felt a tap on her shoulder. Robin's body stiffened, taken aback by the sudden reminder of reality. "I don't mean to intrude, but you're in my seat" a soft voice called out. Connecting the voice to the mysterious tap, Robin's flushed bright red, and she quickly made her way back to her own aisle seat, muttering various apologies under her breath. On second thought, it was going to be a long ride.
Extra Information: (optional) She has a slight Scottish accent that emerges more whenever she is angry or exited.
