Scarlet came from a family of weapons but none of them had meisters. In fact, none of them even went to DWMA. When her family found out they now had a meister, Scarlet was immediately trained in the family's own crude way. They lived in the streets mostly, so they did what they had to survive. Scarlet was no different. She fought with her brother, a scythe, doing whatever she could to keep the two of them safe. Of course, an untrained meister like her living out on the streets was never a good thing. One day, her and her brother were pulling a usual job from one of their normal clients when it turned out that the person that had made an enemy of their client was a witch. Scarlet's brother died protecting his meister and Scarlet managed to escape. She then came to DWMA in hopes of training and avenging her little brother's death.

Soul Perception: Scarlet's soul perception is very weak and it needs a lot of work.
Soul Resonance: Her Soul Resonance is quite strong but she hasn't done it since the fight with the witch. Her soul wavelength is a bit tricky to match but not impossible.
Due to her time in the streets, Scarlet's abilities are crude and unrefined. She believed in brute force (and still does) but she also believed that stealth is the key to a successful mission.

Scarlet is cold, cruel and quiet. Around new people and people who get on her bad side she's absolutely glacial. She enjoys spending much of her time alone but if she ever does get a partner she wouldn't mind having him/her around. She's a pretty good strategist but, along with any of her other abilities, her ways are crude and unrefined. She never did have much practice or training, it was always a "learn by experience" sort of thing. Besides that, when you get to know Scarlet she's actually fun to be around. She's sarcastic and funny but sometimes she runs her mouth when she shouldn't. She's not one to make a hasty decision and tries not to make assumptions without full proof of the matter. She's also really casual and spends a lot of time just standing around doing nothing. Scarlet can be quite tolerant when it comes to annoying people and such but you don't want to anger her continually or she will snap and you do not want that to happen.
