Sailor Collar: Your basic sailor collar in brown – it has a single white stripe on it.
Bodice: Oterma’s bodice is plain and stops at the base of her rib cage leaving her stomach bare. It’s a simple white bodice and its straps are hidden underneath her sailor collar.
Bows: Oterma does not have a butt-bow,but she does have a chest bow. It’s maroon in color and smaller than usual, resting just at the base of her sailor collar and functioning as a base for her brooch.
Sleeves: N/A
Gloves: While Oterma does not have gloves in the traditional sense, she does have a pair of brown bracers that extend from her wrists to her elbows.
Bottoms: Oterma’s bottoms consist of a pair of thin maroon shorts underneath of a short skirt. This skirt is brown with a white stripe around the bottom, similar to her sailor collar, and of a cut like a standard senshi skirt but just a little shorter.
Shoes: Oterma is bareboot, but her legs from her ankles to just above knees are covered by brown shin guards that taper to points on either ends.
Tiara: Oterma’s tiara is a bronze color and thinner than normal, resting over her hair rather than under the edge of her bangs.
Accessories: A bronze navel ring, something like
thisBrooch: A simple sound copper brooch mounted on her chest ribbon.
Choker: A thin copper wire with a teardrop-shaped maroon gem resting over the hollow of her throat.
Weapon: A bronze-shafted spear with a maroon gemstone spearhead, it has a leather wrap around it for a hand grip.

Normal Senshi Attack: Unshakable Stamina Oterma takes her spear and swings it around over her head before slamming it, butt-down on the ground. This attack generates a brief burst of maroon energy that flares out in a circle with a 6 foot radius. When it strikes an ally, this energy provides a brief boost of ‘staying power’, allowing them approximately one minute with their energy levels restored to full capacity.
Duration: One minute.
Uses per battle: Two.
Recharge time: One minute thirty seconds.
Downside: Allies outside the area of effect are not provided with the boost.
Super Senshi Attack: Unwavering StrengthSuper Sailor Oterma takes her spear and sweeps the tip along the ground in a few inches in front of a weakening ally. This leaves a trail of maroon light that encircles the targeted ally and closes in around them, sinking into their form and giving them the ability to withstand any one hit from an enemy without taking any kind of damage.
Duration: One minute or until damage is taken.
Uses per battle: Two
Recharge time: One minute thirty seconds.
Downside: Oterma has to be close enough to the targeted ally to perform the ability.
Eternal Senshi Attack: Unending DeterminationEternal Sailor Oterma takes a running leap and jumps with her spear in hand, striking the ground with its tip in front of a targeted enemy. As the spear tip strikes the ground, an arc of light spreads out from it and strikes the enemy, powered by Oterma’s own endurance. This is a damaging attack,but is limited in its use as it drains Oterma’s own reserves for its power.
Duration: Thirty seconds (or until Oterma’s strength runs out)
Uses per battle: Two, though it’s likely that she could only manage one.
Recharge time: Two minutes due to the nature of the attack.
Downside: This attack draws directly from Oterma’s own endurance, and leaves her weakened once it has ended.
