[ So what does this mean RP-wise? ]

Advantages
Rain wouldn’t be restricted to a certain city at higher ranks. Her rank also does not have a lot to do with how much she can do in a situation that needs her specialty.
Disadvantages:
She’s not always called in to normal police activity. While her search and rescue team is equally as trained as any other growlithe team in attack protocols, their training is much more specific to situational problems of lost trainers and wild encounters than Team Rocket theft or police raids. They are a 'secondary' unit, called in when needed and not for every event.

History: Given to her as a growlithe by the police training academy, Race was her first partner. He struggled through the academy with her. He taught her lessons just as she taught him. He showed her all that there was to show. He's the first to run in to a situation, the first to jump into a fight, the first to leap into anything to save another life.

Race is also her primary means of travel. His legendary fleet-footedness gets her where they need to be before most others can arrive.

Very reserved, very quiet, Cheza will do her duty as is asked, but there's something else in those eyes.. something else about her that screams danger. One can only wonder what has happened to this ancient creature...

History: (Unwritten as of yet) If one imagines a border collie with the power of electricity surging through its veins, that would be Nails. He will do everything to push Rain's buttons. He will get into every ounce of trouble for which he can push the limits of. He is the one member of her team that she has to watch the closest, for he has more than once gotten her lost for the fun of it- fortunately the seriousness of Ki and Race turned their noses the right way.

Gender: Female

- A little bit of darker blue on the body, different colored eyes. Five of some sort of marking somewhere on her.

Personality: Quirky (no stat change)

History: (Unwritten as of yet) It seems as though the electric ones are the weird ones... Rain's manectric is probably the quirkiest creature she's ever met. She does everything in fives. She will check the same area five times. She will bark five times. She collects five of every object. ...Hence the name five.

Special Ability: Quick Feet
Specialty: Battle

Gender: Female

Coat Variation: Dominant: Normal, Recessive: Shiny
- Hints of brown, timber wolf-like shade to the typical black/grey.

Personality: Gentle (- defense, + sp defense)

History: (Unwritten as of yet) Luna is extremely timid, which makes it very difficult to use her in the field of search and rescue. However, being the most wolf-like of all the team, her senses in the wilds are unsurpassed and when she finds her target, she is the most gentle soul one could ever hope to find when things are looking grim.
