Hi, okay so hopefully I'm following the rules, if not, I will learn from my mistake but I want to use the banners, and I thought I could just copy and paste it under edit profile -> pictures -> URL, but the pictures won't show crying

You can put the banner anywhere you like (:
You have to put it in your about you part for it to work or under Media I think >w<
