Reapers were interesting to King. They used magic for one, and looked eerily like humans often enough. Magic he'd been told once, was unpredictable, and so were reapers. You had to be wary of them because you never knew what they could do with their magic. Not the strongest race, but a rather fascinating one all the same.

Walking around the campus, he hardly expected to get lost and King was trying very hard not to simply rely on his noce, there were other sense he could use and rely on, much finer senses, like touch, sight, taste-

Well okay maybe not so much taste but still.

Finding a student this far out was unexpected. Cocking his head, the wolfos walked over, tail swaying. "Might I ask why you're so far out here?"

The wolfos's ears perked up as he looked around. The boil was expecting someone? He didn't smell anyone. As he explained it was with his magic King caught on, smiling a bit. Sitting down on a log, the tail curled around him, resting in his lap. "Well, have you tried sweet talking it? Apparently seducing objects, even intangible, yield good results so I've found." It also worked with minipets.

A shake of his head and King looked for a way to show more than tell. No snow in sight he settled for the othe gift, shifting into fox made of snow, then a hare, then stag, all made of snow and ice, before resuming his humaniod shape. "Ghost, a while wolfos to be exact. And I was wandering before I got lost." a sigh as he kicked at a rock. "I was trying not to use my nose to find my way back but it's difficult."

Smiling, he brushed a few leaves from his fur. "Well, never hurts to try. Self motivation can be a good thing. And, well," Shrugging, King tried to go intangable, but he didn't managed to get very far. "I'm a ghost but not one of the dead. a spiritual type creature so it's an easy enough mistake to make. Not to mention many students carry canine traits." There were also a lot of cat students.

A lot.

Watching this display of magic, red eyes traced the markings. "Reaper but what kind? And if I use my nose only who will I refine my other senses? What if one day my ability to scent is stripped from me. I must hone all senses before I can perfect one?"

Uh-huh. Noise magic. Hopefully, it wouldn't make him go deaf or hurt his ears like a dog whistle. "Well, magic is magic and is something I can't really do. So, when I see it, it is a bit interesting and make me wonder."

The shift in his reapers clothes made his head turn. "Well, I could, but it's a test of self control and willpower. I must train myself, and learn. But- ah I didn't introduce myself did I?' Standing he bowed slightly. "Frost in the Storm, Knob goblin."

So his magic was noise.. as well as his familiar. Interesting. "Pleasure. You as well Noise. And its habit. Part of how I was raised was to learn how to interact with others with the proper respect. If my name is too long though, King is an acceptable substitute."

Turning into a small lizard, King crawled back up on the log. "Yes and no. When there is snow on the ground it aids in the hunt. When it's bare like this?" His form shifted again to that of a hare, white fur hardly blending with the dark browns of the log and earth. "I stand out. Its a matter of time and place, though one boil has suggested that I use it to get into the ghoul's showers. I don't quite understand why."

Because to him, naked females bathing was just.. bathing. Not that appealing. "Tell me though, why does you magic share the same name as your familiar? Is that common practice for reapers?"

It was interesting to say the least, the way familiars and reapers worked. King didn't quite understand it but, didn't mean it wasn't interesting. "Note? That is a good name." He inclined his head at the familiar, or what he guessed was the familiar.

At the offer to be lead back to the school, King's tailed gave a small wag before the wolfos repressed it. "Will you use magic to show the way back?" He kind of hoped the reaper did. It would be interesting to see how.

Ear pricked up as Vaith said he'd use vector arrows.

King had no idea what a vector arrow was, but it sounded cool. Following the reaper's lead King nodded. "That shouldn't be an issue. My eyes might not be as good and my nose but they do." Turning into a stag, the wolfos bounded off.
