In the darkness of space, there was a star seed that radiated protection and safety, a soft beacon. The Court of Refuge is old, and started very, very small; simply the merchant kingdom of Hyakutake allying with another world. A wish for joint safety, and strong alliances. Alliances each kingdom could count on, no matter what. After that first alliance, more followed, and little by little the court grew and prospered. Until the end of the Silver Millennium. The forces of chaos that spread across the universe overcame each of the Refuge worlds until only Hyakutake's remained, and the court made their final stand.
Now, they are getting a second chance. A second chance at safety, at rebuilding their homes. But will the reborn Sailor Hyakutake be up to the task of filling her past life's shoes?
