Bioware, Bioware, Bioware.......why? Just why? You have done the Mass Effect series so well so far....Having just finished the game in question allow me to do what the internet has done for a couple of months already. RANT ABOUT IT!

First you may ask: "What is Mass Effect?" To answer that without burning your mind, Mass Effect is a series of RPGS with shooter elements. In the game you play as Commander Shepard and get to customize him or her to your liking. This is Mass Effect's selling point. The choices you make have a strong impact on the universe around you. Some characters might return in the next game, others may not. This series's main goal is simple. There is ancient race of machines known as Reapers who believe that organic life is a mistake and every 50,000 years they wipe out all life in the universe. Shepard's goal is to destroy the Reapers with the help of his/her squad.

If you know what Mass Effect is already, please ignore the upper paragraph.
Now Mass Effect 3 up until the ending was fantastic, old friends return from Mass Effect 2, old enemies like the Illusive Man and the Reapers are back as well. However the Reapers have invaded Earth. The goal of the game is to build a massive army and destroy the Reapers. When you finally return to Earth and use that army, it's a bit underwhelming....a lot of our army, we don't even see in action. But that's just the tip of the iceberg....

It all goes down hill when your hit with Harbinger's beam. You see that Shepard's armor is burnt to holy hell and yet the radio works fine. Why? Does Shepard have a Codec in his ear like Solid Snake? Even that would have been damaged at least a little bit. Next is the cen- wait I forgot to mention that the last thing you fight is a Reaper ground troop named "Marauder Shields", who died trying to save us from the ending.

Next up is when you see Anderson at the center before you. There's only one way to the the center how did he get there before you? Then the Illusive Man comes out of nowhere, looking very indoctrinatinated as Saren was in Mass Effect 1, He has this powers that force Shepard to shoot Anderson in the stomach. After that scene Shepard tries to fire the Citidal. However he is lifted into the sky. And it all went to hell from there.

When Shepard wakes up we have this....godchild who tells us about why the Reapers do what they do. To save you headaches, I'll sum it up as a meme.
"Yo dawg I heard you don't want to be killed by synthetics so we made a bunch of synthetics to kill ya every 50K years so you WON'T be killed by synthetics." You pissed at Bioware yet?

Your choices are A. Destroy. This will wipe out the Reapers but will destroy all synthetic life including Shepard which means I guess Shepard is part synthetic. Ok I don't know why I have to destroy ALL synthetic life but let's roll with it. But wait...what about people with biotic implants? Do they count as synthetic life? How about this: The Quarians use synthetic tech to keep they're suits online. Will this kill the Quarians? Cause I don't wanna kill Tali.

Whatever let's go with B. Control. In this we grab two glowing sticks which will allow me to control the Reapers but I'll die in the process. Wha.....? How does that work? Is my mind spread over all the Reapers? Why do I die? Why can't I destroy the Reapers? Why this climax to a fantastic game so damn terrible?!

But alas...now we have C. Synthesis. In this one, I run towards this beam and somehow that merges all organic and synthetic DNA. So....everyone has half robot? Like Megaman? Why do I have to die for this to happen? Why does Shepard have the strength left to run when he's been limping this entire time? Why didn't Bioware take their time?!

Screw it....details used to matter in Mass Effect. It's like you driving a car then your Falcon Punched to the passenger's seat. Anyways, tell me your thoughts on this.
