Personality: Keifer tends to have a very forcible personality. This is mainly due to the fact of the Ne.Me.Sis influence and the destruction of most of his prior personality. He gets easily aggravated and tends to think that his way is the only way. Without realizing it, he also tends to shove his beliefs on others and will even resort to abusive behaviors, such as slamming his hands on the table while shouting, or even using physical violence.
Sometimes remnants of his personality come into play. Usually, in the middle of his forcible temper, a spark of memory goes through his brain and he calms down before the situation gets any worse. Due to the fact that he knows he is no longer the person he once was, he tends to be a reserved person and stays away from as many people as possible, so he can't hurt anyone with his explosive temper.

Ne.Me.Sis Mode - By hacking into the capabilities of his collar, he can temporarily go into Ne.Me.Sis Mode, where he has access to his old powers as a Grand Noble. However, he can only hold this form for up to ten collective minutes [9 posts] max. At the end of the ten collective minutes, the collar has a thirty minute [27 posts] cooldown before it can be activated again.

Time Manipulation [Ne.Me.Sis Mode] - This allows the user to alter the time of the user's self, in a five feet bubble around the user, or the time of anything he touches. However, the limit to this is that he can only alter time up to five times faster or five times slower. The user can also rewind and fast forward the time of objects from a distance, but this only works on non-living things, and the objects in use must have been touched by the user at least once before use.

His guns are unique, as are the bullets. Instead of reloading bullets, the gun and the holster act like a battery and a battery charger, self-reloading the bullets over time. Each gun holds fifty rounds and takes about a minute to recharge. Not only that, the gun composition is also unique, able to block sharp objects (swords, daggers, bullets) without much damage. If the gun happens to take excessive damage and breaks, the gun and the holster will likewise repair it, just as it reloads the bullets. This process takes significantly longer; about an hour. Should the holsters themselves be damaged, it is quite possible to manually reload bullets by running electric currents through the guns, instead of letting them recharge. This way also takes about a minute to recharge.
He wields his guns in a deadly manner. His specific technique is to fire two guns at a time, the holster them and let them self-reload as he switches them for another pair of already reloaded guns.
After the incident where he reverted to his old form, he lost most of his powers as a Grand Noble, as well as some of his abilities prior to becoming a Grand Noble. By hacking into the mainstream of his collar, he can temporarily revert back into his Grand Noble form.

Yūdaina Chō Yōshiki [雄大な蝶様式: Majestic Butterfly Style] - The Majestic Butterfly Style is an elegant sword style taught to the Kasukē family members. This style has developed over many years and has been proven to be one of the top ten sword styles in the world. The only known practitioners are the Kasukē family members and whomever else the user deems worthy of wielding this sword style. Learning it is difficult, while mastering it is exponentially harder. It is usually taught and passed on from generation to generation, with the learner changing the concepts of the style to their own characteristics. Therefore, each generation's sword style is different and everchanging. However, the basic concepts always remain the same. The "heart" of the Majestic Butterfly Style is based on fluid and artistic movements, as well as certain sword skills that are privy to this style. In addition, the style grants a broad range of flexibility and versatility in combat. Keifer's Majestic Butterfly Style is unique in the aspect that it is not a "sword" style. Rather, it has been altered by Keifer into a gun style. Many of the gun styles require extreme timing and precise accuracy. Currently, Keifer's Majestic Butterfly Style consists of two stances and twelve gun styles.

The two bullets meet in midair, rubbing against each other and causing a large amount of friction, making both bullets burst into flame. Dai-roku Yūdaina Chō [第六雄大な蝶: Sixth Majestic Butterfly] - [Ne.Me.Sis Mode] The user fires a single bullet, and then fires a follow up bullet. By speeding up the time of the second bullet, the second bullet hits and destroys the first bullet, effectively turning it into dangerous shrapnel. This widens the attack range of the bullets and causes more damage. The move happens in an entire instant, can be used in rapid succession and catches unsuspecting targets off guard.
Dai-nana Yūdaina Chō [第七雄大な蝶: Seventh Majestic Butterfly] - [Ne.Me.Sis Mode] The user fires a single bullet. When the bullet reaches within twenty feet of the target, the user speeds up the bullet's time, effectively causing a soundwave behind the bullet and propelling the bullet at a much faster rate towards the target. The move happens in an entire instant, can be used in rapid succession and catches unsuspecting targets off guard.
Dai-hachi Yūdaina Chō [第八雄大な蝶: Eighth Majestic Butterfly] - [Ne.Me.Sis Mode] Effusing the user's hands and/or guns with electricity, this enables the user to throw lightning quick punches or muzzle bashes at the target.
Dai-kyū Yūdaina Chō [第九雄大な蝶: Ninth Majestic Butterfly] - Grabbing onto a target, the user discharges electricity through the user's hands. This causes severe burns, and sometimes paralysis, on the area of contact.
Dai-jū Yūdaina Chō [第十雄大な蝶: Tenth Majestic Butterfly] - The user discharges electricity throughout the user's body. This can be used as a defensive capability or for close combat.
Dai-jūichi Yūdaina Chō [第十一雄大な蝶: Eleventh Majestic Butterfly] - The user throws out a cyclone of dark electricity. On contact, the cyclone electrifies the target and causes severe burns, shock and sometimes, paralysis.
Dai-jūni Yūdaina Chō [第十二雄大な蝶: Twelfth Majestic Butterfly] - The user discharges lightning from the sky, raining spears of lightning down on the target.
