Name Nafeeza, Nafee, Naf, Eeza ...
Rank Pup
Rank via Personality Below alpha and above omega. Though Nafeeza is not leader matrial, she is good at keeping spirits up and puting a positive spin on almost any situation. She would probably fit in best among the pups of her pack, as a free spirit and guardian/caretaker.
Pup Personality Fun loving, energetic, adventurous, Naf always has a store of energy to delve into. Due to her upbeat personality, she tends to come off ditsy and naive -though she probably is the later- when in reality she is not wholly unaware of the world around her. She is extremely curious about the life of other wolves and has a particular fascination for pack wolves, having never been part of a real pack herself.
History Nafeeza's father disappeared soon after her litter was born. She has no memory of him other than a dark, blurry shadow. Though a one pup litter is very unlikely, Nafeeza has no known siblings. Her mother never said anything about it to her but she suspects that her siblings died since, without a mate to hunt for her, Naf's mother was not able to take proper care of all her pups. Nafeeza and her mother got along nicely. Once she'd been old enough to leave the den, her mother had immediately started taking her on hunting trips. Though Nafeeza never actually caught anything bigger than a squirrel, she learned a lot about hunting from her mother. She knew which critters lived in trees, or in burrows, or in dens like them. She knew where to find them. Just not how to get to them. Her mother was killed by a bear, leaving Nafeeza alone and with a great fear of the large mammals.

[Relashionships]
.Keefe.
Nafeeza stumbled onto Keefe when when they were both just puppies in the woods. With no family left, she decided to join up with him in his quest to find Feanaro. She was quick to like him and has since grown very fond of him, willing to follow him anyway, even into Feanaro's dangerous territory. Having no family of her own and because they have similar coat colors, Nafeeza likes to imagine that they share the same father.
.Feanaro.
A dark and widely hated loner wolf, Nafeeza is intimdated by him. He is the only male adult she has ever met and only the 2nd adult after her mother. Certain her vivacious personality would not be well liked by him, Naf uses Keefe as a sort of "comfort blanket" so as not to be afraid.
.Gizmo.
A pretty brown wolf around her own age. She doesn't know anything about him other than he is Feanaro's brother from a different pack. She doesn't quite understand what his role is moving between the packs.

Keefe Nafeeza It glided down with short, sporatic movement of it's wings, coming to rest with little certainty on the curve of a long leaf. It's wings fanned slightly, stretching themselves. The grotesque face twisted itself, it's eyes shrinking and growing with every sway of the leaf. A breezed would cause the grin to jump sharply into a learing V before settling back into an disturbing grin.
The little grin was not alone in the forest. A small ball of fluff, hardly worth the term "pup", had buried itself into the new grass and melting slush. It was a pitiful attempt at secrecy, the plum coat spread out on the snow like an ink stain. The pups small, curious grey eyes studied the grin. As it appeared to laugh her, she grew restless with false confidence. Launching herself from her hiding place, she lept upon the frantic winged creature, just able to capture it's wing between her teeth.
The little butterfly struggled to no avail, one wing forever destroyed in the careless grasp of the little wolf. Bowing her head to the ground, the pup held down the little insect and tore it to shred, licking at the wings. She was extremely disappointed to find that it did not taste nearly as wonderful as it looked. It tasted horrible really.
Leaving the evidence of her thoughtless murder behind, the pup stumbled onwards, looking for more fun things to trample. Then loud sounds of inhaling and forceful exhaling sounded through the wood as the purple pup made his way along. He was sniffed the ground intently as he slowly trotted; trying not to get any snow or dirt stuck up his little nose. He hadn’t gone all too far before his weak concentration was broken. His trot eased up and slowed to a halt. Keefe’s wary head rose with a quick jolt and his amber eyes searched around. He had heard a sound; a growling one to describe it some; sounded like a feast of some sort. His black ears tweaked forward with curiosity as he padded closer.
The purple pup narrowed his cold eyes to peer into the bush. The sounds from before had now ceased and there was the light crunch of paws on snow. As he paced closer he saw a few flashes of purple and tan; what was this now? His curiosity got to the better of him and he stuck his head through the twiggy bush to look square at a tan and purple female. He greeted her with a meek yip,
“You… Hi”

Keefe Nafeeza The female's skin jumped at the sound of crunch of feet behind her and turned abrumptly, orange powder from the butterfly's wings still dashes over her lower lip ((or.. whatever you call it XP )). Her ears turned to the side and back with speechless uncertainty. She niffed the air as she stared at him to see if it would give her any clues and discovered only that he was male. Not that that wasn't already obvious.
She yipped back, ears jumping forward as she realized something.
"You! You're purple too!" Keefe looked at the young female curiously and then wriggled his way through the bush; shaking himself as he got out and focusing on the pup once again. He gave her a glace over and then looked down at his own paws which were black that faded upwards into purple. That's right... He looked back up to her sharply and nodded; eyes focused on the orange powder. He wondered if what she had been eating was good or not... He was kind of hungry. Keefe shook his head lightly and centered his wandering gaze on the pup again,
"Yup... You're right. What's your name?"

Keefe Nafeeza The pup cocked her head slightly and approached the other slowly, wanting to sniff him.
"Nafeeza."
She stated simply, distracted with her intent. He was the first wolf she'd seen and she wondered if perhaps all the wolves were purple. Pausing before she got too close, she sniffed the air again, a little closer. Her eyes came up to look back at the male.
"'ho 're you?" Keefe's ears pressed back against his skull but he'd allow her to get close. His own nose twitched furiously as he sniffed at the incoming pup. He blinked a few times; her name processing in his head. Pretty. His head titled to the side slightly at her next question; didn't she know who he was? She was right on the border of his father's territory after all. Maybe she didn't know she was standing on land that belonged to his father... But then again none of the wolves he had met did. A light frown appeared on his young features as his maw opened to speak,
"I'm Keefe; son of Notoka... You know, tha alpha around here"

Keefe Nafeeza The pup blinked and stared at him a moment, unsure she liked his tone. Taking a step back from him to lend him his space, she plopped her butt down on the ground and studied him and his black toes, thinking about what he'd said. It was a vulnerable position to be in, sitting so close in the presence of a foreign and, apparently, self-confident male. However, Nafee was young and not easily intimidated. Curiosity hindered common sense.
"Never heard of him. Is he purple to?" She couldn't remember if her father was purple.. It was hard to remember someone she'd never met. The purple pup blinked slowly as the female backed off. He took her example and took a step back and lowered onto his haunches as well. His gaze was set on her and his tail wriggling about behind him. He may have not shown it very much to at all but he was always excited to meet new wolves. His ears perked and then fell as he listened to her questio' he nodded,
"Mmhhmm, purple as they come..I suppose you've head of him now..."
His voice trailed off as he licked his chops and let out a lazy yawn. With a deeo sigh his concentration was on Nafee once again. Keefe tilted his head and looked to her quizzically,
"Where were ya going? Cuz I'm heading that way... If you're going the same way... Maybe you can come along?"
His ears pinned back to his head again; being quite glad he was going away from the den. He didn't want to be there when his father awoke and found him gone. With a small gulp he shivered and looked to the ground.

Keefe Nafeeza Keefe Nafeeza Nafeeza listened and wondered vaguely how he could be heading her way if he didn't know which way she was going. Her stubby tail swished once over the ground uncertainly. After a moment of silence her ears twitched forward again. He didn't seem so bad.
"I dunno which way I'm going. You seem to know the lay of things. I'll follow you."
Wherever Keefe was going, he looked aweful eager to get there. If he had a da, why was he out in the woods all alone? An image began to form in her mind of a great purple monster charging through the trees, eight feet tall and foaming at the mouth. She shivered and jumped up.
"Let's go!" The purple pup nodded slowly; listening to her words but focusing on the melting snowflakes on the ground. Her sudden exclamation snapped him out of his trance and startled him a bit. His amber eyes widened and he lept up as well; ears flat on his skull as he turned to her. He sighed and let up a but; tail wagging a bit more quickly as a puppy grin melted onto his maw. If they were going to travel where ever together she might as well not think he's a cold, heartless, and mean kid. He didn't know the place at all... Or where he was going but oh well; they'd end up in the middle of nowhere if the worst was to happen.
"Yeah let's!"
He pounced forward a step in his excitement and swiveled his head back to look at Nafee a happy grin plastered to his maw. Nafeeza hurried along after him, awkward purple feet running over themselves in her eagerness. Trodding along next to him, she went silent with thought. Her rather one-track mind had wandered to what Keefe had said about his father being purple. If his da was purple and he was supposed to be the big boss wolf in the area, wouldn't that mean all the other wolves would be purple? Nafees eyes dropped to the grounded she stepped over, glancing at her stained feet. A new thought brought her head up swiftly to glance at Keefe. Mebbe Notoka was her da too! Just the thought of having a da, an alpha none the less, made her chest swell a little. Keefe's pace was rather slow for the time being; could a girl keep up with an alpha's son? Who knew; better keep it slow. He sighed as he walked; head titled toward Nafee; wondering what she was thinking about. His eyes narrowed a bit in concentration. He glanced infront of him every few seconds to make sure he didn't crash into anything but mostly just stared at the other pup. After a while she looked up at him and their gazes met; though he tried hard he couldn't look into her brain to see what she wsa thinking about but that didn't matter to much anymore. The dark pup let out a huff and faced forward.
"Nafeeza, right? Where ya from? Where's your litter and parents?"

Keefe Nafeeza "I dunno.." She muttered, looking away from him, unnerved by his gaze, and once again at the ground, stepping over pebbles. She was unwilling to tell Keefe about her new theory, afraid he'd laugh at her for thinking she was his equal. Instead, she decided to turn the conversation back to Keefe and find out what she could about her newfound lineage.
"Wa about you? If you're an alpha's son shouldn't you be...doin alpha stuff?"
Nafeeza really had no clue what responsiblites went into rank or being part of a pack. She understood the basic hierarchy of things but, having never been part of a real pack herself, didn't know much else. Her eyes fell to Keefe's feet, watching the way he walked. Keefe was a pack wolf. Everything he did must be things he learned from his pack, things that made him a worthy pack wolf. Nafeeza slowed a bit beside the other as she changed her footing to immiate his gate. She wanted to be a pack wolf too. The dark pup frowned at the evasion of her question but it soon passed in his mind as nothing. His maw now twisted in thought as he pondered on her question for a moment before dropping his mouth open to speak rather thoughtfully,
"Er... Maybe I don't know really. I guess not; my daddy does all that stuff"
His gaze just lingered foward as he thought more. Maybe he should be back with his dad... But.. He doubted that he was needed; infact that was the way he felt and the reason he ran off. He didn't even know what rank he was... Just a pup he supposed. With a sigh he looked to Nafee. She had changed her gait... For the better he supposed. He didn't know how he walked but he supposed it was pretty cool.

Keefe Nafeeza Nafeeza looked over at him from the corner of her eye and wondered what that sad look was for. It seemed to be a touche subject but Eeza was on a mission; it was more convinient to ignore the look.
"What's your da like..?" The pup tried to be suave about it and keep her tone light and disinterested, but eagerness bubbled over and distorted the attempt. She hurried on to cover her blunder, shrugging with cool indifference "I mean, I never knew my da. It doesn't really matter. ...but what's he like?" Her eye peaked over at him to gauge his reaction. The troubled purple pup drew in a weary sigh and glanced over to his companion before pondering on this new question. What was his Dad like? Keefe hadn't spent all too much time with him seeing as he was out of the den alot... Better make something good up,
"My Daddy eh? Well he's only the bravest wolf there is I say! He's really tall and purple and real nice to my siblings and me. He's the best hunter in the whole wide world... erm. And he can take down another big wolf in seconds! You know... all that good stuff that uh... Comes with being the best wolf ever and all..."
He kind of trailed off as his thunder faded away. Hell he didn't know if Notoka was like that at all but he certainly was the best dad he could have asked for. His eyes widened as he heard that she never knew her father.
"Never knew your dad?! That's crazy! Who did the hunting for your mommy when she was with you and the litter? Who watched over you guys?"

Nafeeza Keefe Nafeeza Nafeeza grinned to herself, a little bounce in her step as she trotted along next to Keefe. So maybe "Notoka" was her da and he'd only left because he had another family! She always knew her da would be a strong wolf, maybe not an alpha, but just as brave. In the back of her mind she knew the whole thing was ludicrous, but it comforted her to pretend. She really did think all wolves were purple though.
"I dunno.." she murmured, ducking her head. "Never thought about that." She remembred only the warmth of her mother's belly and the weight of her littermates. Every once again she'd awaken to find a dark shadow in the entrance of the den and a strange smell in the air. "..Guess ma was away a lot.."
Nafeeza lifted her head again, tail swishing slowly, low but not touching the ground. They had traveled a little distance in the direction she'd orginally been headed, but her companion didn't seem to be paying much attention to the direction they were headed. "Keefe, where we goin'?" she asked curiously, not that it really mattered. Keefe's amber eyes squinted at Nafeeza. She was so weird... Just'd space out and think as she walked. Keefe needed to learn to be a seer or something; he liked the idea of being able to read thoughts and the like. He sighed and shook his head with a light chuckle to himself; he was going to be an alpha just like his daddy, not a seer; at least those were his aspirations at the moment. He nodded solemnly at her response. He felt bad for her; not having a dad. Everyone needed a dad! Maybe they'd fine a new one for her or something on their journey. His shoulders rolled as he shrugged and wandered to a different train of thought.
Black ears twisted in Nafee's direction as she questioned him again; boy she sure was full of questions. He took a sniff of the air; he could still sense Fea's scent. It wasn't as strong but still exsistant.
"Well.... There was this really big brown wolf and a funny critter with two legs. I wanted to run off with them but they left me here. So I'm off to find them. Dunno where they are though... I guess we'll know when we get there right?" "Critter with two legs! Was it a bear? or a bird? I once saw a badger walk on two legs.." She trailed off, eyes on the path ahead of her. Her mind was blank for the moment, dreaming of angry bears taken down by a huge purple wolf and a tan and purple female. Yeah, biatch, bring it on.
