Levi is the eldest of the Arroya Triplets and therefore hated the most by his father. When Levi was sixteen, his father introduced him to the means of war. He was placed as an army general, angering most of the candidates for the duty. Levi became accustomed to death and his soldiers respected him immediatly despite his young age. He was merciless, brutal, and deadly until he fell in love with an island girl named Fran. He became softer, more generous, and sweet. He disappeared from his father's reach to be with her and he was enslaved on a spaceship that headed into a blackhole. His sister and brother rescued him and he found out he had a son. Long story short!

Levi is capable of reversing time or on rare occasions, accelerating it. If you were to simply spill a drink on the floor and the glass broke he could use his ability to make it so that the glass was never broken and the drink never touched the ground. Now if you were to die, he probably couldn't bring you back so it would not be wise to try. He was forced to accelerate the birth of a demon before she laid harm to her mother. It was a very disturbing process....he might not look at a woman the same..just kidding!
Teleporting is another one of his skills and he excels in it.
