How long have you been in the guild?About a month or so. I think i joined because of a friend asked me to.
How active are you in the guild?Well considering the guild has been sort of shut down since i joined i have not been SUPER active but i have given my opinions on various things to try to help out as much as possible.
Why do you want to hold the rank of Captain? I would like to hold this position because it is an important role that should be played by someone who will be active. I have been in to many bleach guilds that have died because their captains never posted. When i join a guild I post in it. So therefore I am an active roleplayer which i think would make me a valuable asset to the captain position.
Why do you think you will do well as a Captain? Well I am a very active roleplayer as I said above. Also I am good at dealing with strong personalities so I have the ability to prevent a lot of arguments because I usually end up smoothing things over.

You lead a raid to Hueco Mundo to recover a lost member of your squad, who is currently under attack.
Kana stepped into the vast wasteland of Hueco Mundo on her own. She had chosen to take only the strongest of her men to keep the rest safe. She motioned for one man to go ahead and scout. The young soul reaper returned with a report "there are several spiritual pressures ahead one is very strong the other few around 3rd or 4th seat level." he spoke quickly and with a sense of urgency. Kana nodded "please keep behind me" she said and flash stepped ahead with her men on her heals. As Kana approached the spiritual pressures she stopped. A man stepped forward. "I will be your opponent" he said with a wicked smile. Kana could see a small 3 engraved on the mans left hand. "ring unmei no kane" she said as she pulled her zanpakuto from its sheath. "men overtake his lackies i will handle him" she said with confidence as her sword transformed into two small silver bells that attached themselves to her hands by a small red ribbon. "what do you plan on doing with those" the man asked and then gave another wicked laugh. Kana lifted her hand and pointed it toward one of the lesser arrancar that her men were rushing at. "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws." she spoke with a sense of urgency "hado number 33" she spoke quietly then yelled "Sokatsui" and a kido the likes of which the arrancar had never seen exploded for her hand. The large blue flame hit the lesser arrancar and left nothing behind. The look on the man's face changed from one of cocky confidence to sheer terror he quickly disappeared and reappeared with a small soul reaper in his arms. "please take your man back" he said tossing the tied up boy at her. She caught him and undid his knot and sat him down next to her. "we will leave here now" she said to the rest of her men who were watching with amazement. They nodded and moved to her side. She turned to the arrancar who had let her subordinate go. "I pray we never meet again" she said quietly and bowed. Then she turned on her heals and flash stepped away with all of her men on her heels. She stopped when they were far enough away from the espada to be safe "Men I hope you just learned a lesson from that" she said to the men who were standing around her some still with a look of amazement on there faces. "I destroyed that one enemy so we would not have to kill them all" she explained to them. Some looked somewhat skeptical so she went on. "I believe we should never spill unneeded blood this is something i would like to instill in our squad" they all nodded and a rift appeared that would take them back to the soul society.
