He didn't know the Yukikage or how he acted,but a treaty with the Land of Snow would serve him well.
Jean knocked on the door of the office.

» Izumi was leaning back in his chair with his legs kicked up onto his desk. While he scanned over scrolls that needed to be signed, he heard a knock at the door. This was rather early in the morning, surely noting bad has happened already. "Yes? Come in." Izumi set the scroll aside as he removed his feet from his desk. With a sigh, he stood up and dusted himself off and waited for the arrival to walk in. «™ ●xxxxxHead of the Uchiha Clan● ●xxxxx"They wanna see blood, They wanna see hate, Like a needle in your vein, A sickness with no name, In a world that's insane, Was The Nations to blame? Jean opened the door with a little hesitation.
Jean came in and stared at the Yukikage and studied him.
He stared into the Yukikage's eyes and then spoke.
"Hello,I am the Kazekage.My name is Jean Satetsu,I am here for the peace treaty between the village hidden in the Sand and the village hidden in the snow."
Jean took a small scroll from his backpack,un-rolled it and layed it on his desk for him to see. Chakra pool: 560

» Izumi studied the man as he walked into the room. He looked young like him, strong, and smart. He matched Jean's gaze with friendly eyes and a broad welcoming smile. Giving a slight bow, he reached out to take the Kazekage's hand. "It's an honor Lord Kazekage. I am Izumi Uchiha, Yukikage and the Head of the Uchiha Clan. Nice to meet you." Taking a moment, he looked down to glance at the scroll, his arm still outstretched to shake Jean's. «™ ●xxxxxHead of the Uchiha Clan● ●xxxxx"They wanna see blood, They wanna see hate, Like a needle in your vein, A sickness with no name, In a world that's insane, Was The Nations to blame? An Uchia all the way in the land of snow?
Jean was confused yet curios the same time.
Jean looked at Izumi's hand and stared at i,then Jean shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you" he let out.

» After shaking his hand, he gestured the Kazekage to take a seat on the couch in-front of his desk. While sitting down, he make a quizzical expression for a moment as a thought passed through his mind. Jean was the first person to not question why a Uchiha was our in the Land of Iron. "I have respect for you Kazekage. Your reputation as one of the nice Kages' is well known. A man that takes care of the well being of his village and and still active with the villagers. We are quite the same in that manner. Again, it's an honor to meet someone so devoted to their village. On top of that, you came all the way out here yourself! That's true dedication, dedication that is respected. I will gladly accept this peace treaty between our Nations'." As he said so, he grabbed a brush, dipped it in ink, and signed in the space provided. Giving it some time to dry, he left if there and looked up to his new friend in arms. He was tired from his trip all the way here.
he listened to the YukiKage talk about them being the same in manner.
The Kazekage couldn't agree more with the Yukikage.
While he listened to him,under the desk Jean was moving his finger around.
Jean was moving the iron in his pouch around.
Finally Izumi finished the treaty.
Jean stood up and wrapped the scroll up.
"Yes it has,its rather cold tho.'
Jean stared at Izumi for a moment then let out his thought.
"How is your Sharingan treating you?" Chakra pool: 560

» Izumi heard movement while he signed the scroll and figured that Jean was some sort of control user. "Sorry to hear that. I guess after living here for so long, it's not quite as bone chilling cold to me as it used to be aha." As he stood up, Izumi gave the Kazekage another quick look over. He didn't have any puppets, so he must have been moving weapons around or something with chakra strings. The question Jean asked caught him a bit off guard. He didn't really expect him to ask him that really. "It's as good as always. Jean had never seen an Uchia before but he studied them.
Jean had studied a lot of different clans.
Jean had been in alot of fights,but never with an Uchia.

» Izumi was taken aback a little by Jean's remark. He knew a few things about Uchiha. A good sign that this treaty would last a long while. "Yeah, Amaterasu. You know your stuff, that's a good sign." Izumi smiled but it soon faded when he saw his new friend in pain. The Uchiha walked around the desk and placed his hand on the male's shoulder. Jean put on a normal smile and looked at Izumi.

I'm glad we are not forgotten. As to your question, yes. I also have the Raiton element within me." He crossed his arms and looked at the Kazekage still wearing his smile, "Anything else friend? Then he watched Izumi cross his arms and say something to Jean.
Jean then got a nice friendly smile on his face.
