Azami Murishima I can't find the Application for Implants. Do you have one made yet? Before you start getting excited,you must kill the person for the Implant or gain it another way.then you apply.

Hey, so do I have to wait for a Hokage to exist in the Hidden Leaf? Or can I just start RPing somewhere? And how long until the Villageis Fully set up?

I am trying to set up the Village Hidden in the Leaves, but for now we don't have a Hokage. Once I get things set up in the Village, you can still RP if you want.

I've set up some of the stuff for Konohagakure, so feel free to RP in those places. We don't have a Hokage yet, so you'll need to wait for any actual missions.
