But, I wish to keep both Merela and Sammy. But I do plan on making sammy less anti social!

Hey, I think you're going to need to go through the profile thread in the main forum and find your profiles, and re-post them in the accepted forum. I couldn't find your thread anywhere.
We had a forum glitch for a while so it's possible it was deleted on accident, or vanished somehow.

since we're going through and re-evaluating all characters to suggest needed changes, here is the evaluation for Marela and Sammy, along with suggested changes.
Marela has a lot of powers, some of which imply they have potential to be stronger. In order to make sure she stays reasonably powered, I'd like you to remove the "as of now" in her voice ability and the "Right now" in her water ability.
As for her flaws, a phobia is not really a flaw so you can remove that from her flaws section and add it to her extra information. I haven't really see her be all that unpredictable or vengeful and you've done a fair amount of posting for her. Rather than being unpredictable, Marela tends to actually follow what other people do and she hasn't shown any signs of having a colder side that holds a grudge. I think you should remove unpredictable as a flaw--because she's really not unpredictable, and consider if she actually is vengeful.
For the record, we don't really accept naive as a flaw any more and it's really similar to gullible anyway.
From that perspective, she has these flaws.
Naive/gullible
Reckless
Vengeful (which doesn't really seem to fit her.)
I think it would be helpful if you rethink her flaws and give her one more that is actually valid.

You have been seriously neglecting Sammy. I don't think you've posted for her since KillerShadow's activity dropped. If you don't start posting for her again, we're likely going to ask you to remove her as an active character.
We don't really accept getting tired or passing out as a valid limitation to powers. It's overused and rarely done properly. Her powers aren't extremely strong but I think there should be some sort of drawback to having mechanical tubes bursting out of her back and "wreaking havoc"--perhaps something more realistic like extreme pain and damage to her back and muscles?
As for her flaws: I have never once seen Sammy trip and yet she's supposed to be tripping all the time. We don't really accept clumsy as a flaw anymore specifically because people put it in and then their characters never fall or run into things. You can keep this as part of her extra information but it can't be one of her flaws. Her small scars can't be considered flaws anymore either. Expressing herself through body language is also not a flaw, nor do we accept trust issues. (And, again, Sammy hasn't really demonstrated that she has trust issues. She trusted Hiro pretty much right away.)
Right now, Sammy really has only one valid flaw--that she's straight forward. I'm willing to let you keep "Quiet and Shy" as a flaw as well as long as she has a total of four flaws instead of the required three. So, basically, you need to give her two more flaws to make her comply with our current standards.
