Before
It all began with the War in the year 2012. That is why the Dawn Dancer was created. She was a very valuable weapon for the military. No one knows how she was created because all of her creators died under mysterious circumstances. She was a very dangerous weapon and would kill any one even if they were on her side. She was feared by all, even her handlers. She was always in danger of being captured and used against the military by the rebels to win the War. All the military could do was try to protect their greatest weapon and win the War. They succeeded.
Now
The War is over now and the Dawn Dancer has faded into obscurity. She has vannished. Peace has returned to the fractured USA States but all is not well in the year 2020. Another war is brewing between the fractured states and their governments. Once more the Dawn Dancer is needed but none remain who know what happened to her. A small group of millitary soldiers from the side that wishes to reuninte the warring states must set out to find her before it's too late and their side loses the war. They must travel through hostile territory and face mutants and monsters and even other soldiers on their mission to find the USA's last hope; the Dawn Dancer, the woman made of liquid metal with every weapon at her disposal.
