Fluff was anxious and excited! Julie and he had picked out something new to do for this day of their summer 'break' from tutorings, and had found their way to a place offering large open air bus tours of the cities around the main gaia towns. As the pair lived a bit outside of Durem and they didn't frequently get to visit, it felt more like real exploring of the towns than just going and getting themselves lost and having no idea where.
Fluff was seated by the edge of the window in one of the rows on the top of the double decker bus, ignoring the tour guide - Julie was half listening for them and would point out interesting things for him and summarize. That was the important part!

Hazan blinked at the ticket in his hand. A bus tour? He wasn't sure if this sounded like fun or not. He preferred walking from place to place, though he did like learning new things, and Abigale said that this would be a good way to do that.
He could hear someone on a loudspeaker or something like that in the distance, and when he looked he could see the bus coming this way. Abigale promised to meet him for something to eat at the end of the tour, and he hardly got to spend time with her, so if the tour ended up being boring, he'd suffer through it to see her at the end of it. He heard the voice mention that the bus was stopping to pick up more passengers, and watched as the metal behemoth screeched to a stop in front of him. The doors opened and a rush of air blew cool air into his face. Presenting the ticket, he hurried quickly to the second story and sat down. If anything, the sun would feel nice.

Julie looked up and smiled brightly at Hazan as he came and sat down. Another single child! Well, she didn't look like a child anymore but Fluff was!
"Hey there." she said, poking him in the seat in front of her. "You all alone too?"
Fluff turned and showed a bit of interest in all this. Looking carefully at the boy. There was something...odd about him. Maybe he wasn't a human but another pokemon? Or one of those strange kids from around town.
