Jason and Charlotte Windsor are brother and sister. They both come from a rich background after their mother inherited a lot of money from their late grandmother. Their mother passed away when they were rather young, leaving their father on his own. With the death of his wife, their father became a drunkard, relying on hired nannies to look after his children. Both Charlotte and Jason grew up with manners, etiquette and an almost unnatural ability to keep calm and hide their emotions. Since their father took all of their mother's money when she passed, both sides of the family developed a hatred of him, blaming him for her death for the money. Since the duo grew up without much love and affection, they grew extremely close, telling each other everything, especially when they discovered their powers. They had known their family were different; their father was extremely strong, and their uncles and aunts - when they visited - would either be able to read their mind or cause them to hallucinate. They practiced and practiced together, growing ever closer and then decided they should go to a school who would accept their abilities. That is what brought them here, to Neko University.
