Can't Nobody, Can't Nobody

Hold us down!
Kim felt the warmth of the sun on her face, she felt a bit of sweat on her body. It was extra hot today, perhaps that was why she had not slept well and her body did not desire to wake up. She just wanted to lay there and soak in the sun. Maybe she could get a tan. Kim knew she couldn't lay around in bed all day. Jasper would get onto her about it being bad for her health or something. That or he would spaz out and think she was sick with some kind of bizarre illness, she had never heard of before. Sometimes, Kim felt as though Jasper's intelligence was way more trouble then it was actually worth. Why couldn't she had been gifted with the brains? That was a funny thought and it made her laugh. She sat up and stretched her arms. Her hair was a bit of a mess and she wore a shirt that was probably two sizes to big for her and short shorts made of cotton. Her outfit didn't match but it was comfortable so she didn't complain. Besides it wasn't like she was going to meet her knight and shining armor while she was asleep. If she met a guy while in this outfit, she had more problems then a mismatched outfit.
Kim looked over at the plain white wall to her left. They had lived in this werehouse so long that they had actually altered the inside of the werehouse. People believed this werehouse was abandoned but it wasn't they had all purchased it together, Jasper had the deed in his desk. From then on, they had been altering the were house to where its kinda like a odd mansion. Their second floor actually had bedrooms. Not very big bedrooms but they had walls all the same. They had electricity and water. Two small bathrooms. It was nice for all things considered. The outside still looked like crap though, it still looked like a old broken down werehouse from the outside.
Down stairs wasn't as nice as the upstairs. It had a bathroom and three bedrooms that were closed in but the rest was all out in the open. The kitchen, the living room, and Jasper's office. She stood up, her bare feet touched the warm metal floor. They had the second floor renforced because of the fact they were going to build rooms on it. But, the floor was still metal. It was a better metal that didn't get so hot in the summer though. So the floor would just get warm instead of scolding hot.
Kim rubbed her eyes and forced herself to get up out of the bed. She thought she should head downstairs and see if anyone was going to make breakfast. Kim was not a good cook, she could burn water. Kim was sure that she was going to end up forcing Jasper to cook her something. Or maybe she would just warm something up in the microwave.
