Unbreakable; it cannot be broken by mortal or magickal means. It is similar to Excalibur in that aspect.

Blade of Truth: When held at blade point, it is impossible to lie. The subject is frozen in place until released from the blade’s hold.

History

Viviane has existed as long as Creation. She, along with five others, is a Guardian of the Realms. Her kind existed alongside the Gods and Goddesses of lore, always watching and protecting the worlds from evil and darkness. Viviane is the youngest of the Guardians, and was raised on Avalon and trained by her Elder Brothers in the arts of the Arcane. Soon she succeeded them all in the magickal arts and became the Guardian representing Magick and Spirit. For a thousand years they lived in balance, until Lilith awoke from her slumber in Hell and began to wreak havoc on Earth.
Viviane was sent to stop her, and the battle waged on for many years. Floods consumed the Earth, told by mortals as the flood of Noah. The battle ended at a Mayan Temple, where the Gates to Hell were sealed, and Lilith Bound to the Grei line. Each of Viviane’s daughter Raleigh would bear the soul. She would be reborn every generation, bound forever to the Mother of Demons.
In this generation, Raleigh is Sahara Grei, Viviane’s Granddaughter. Vivane Gifted her as an Enmortal and trained her to control Lilith. But something happened as a man named Semyaza meddled where he should not have. Sahara was consumed by Dark energy, and Lilith broke free. A war ensued once more. Viviane found Setsuna, a girl capable of taking Sahara’s place, and began the Trial. The Gates were nearly unleashed, but for Sahara sacrificing herself and killing Lilith. Setsuna became the White Enmortal, and Sahara the Dark. Viviane could only watch as the soul of her daughter became the opposite of what she once was.
Now Viviane has returned to Avalon, always watching the Realms. Her family has changed, and not all for the better. The world is changing too, and it would seem that chaos is once more on the horizon.
