Bio:
When Kera was born, her mother still worked on occasion with the Titans.She was happy, ready to raise her with Wally. Until Hermes came and Gifted the child. With that heart wrenching news, she saw fit to raise her with the Amazons until she reached her teenage years. Wally West, the father, fought of course. He wanted to raise the girl too. But, when it comes to Amazon's it's best to let them have their way. Kera was raised and taught by the Amazon's, though she remained stubborn to accept their hatred of men. At the age of 15 her mother decided it was time they returned to the United States. The first thing Kera did; run across the ocean to Key Stone City, to her father. Wally did not recognize the girl before him. She looked like her mother, with a Wonder Woman costume. But her speed...Wally clued in. Donna agreed to share custody with Wally, though the two remain estranged for a reason unknown to Kera. She began to work as a vigilante, unsure of where she should go next in life. Then she met a few fellow heroes, including the young Captain Marvel 2. A team was formed, and she joined. Sadly she has managed to find herself in another timeline...again. Now she is trying to fit in, and figuring out who the new heroes are.

-Superhuman Speed:
The ability to run or move at any speed she thinks to be possible, to give other objects, people, etc. more velocity, to steal speed and momentum in order to freeze said object or person, the ability to move her molecules at high enough ability to phase through objects,and the ability to create vortex's of varying size and power from her velocity. Currently she can only reach just above the sound barrier.
Side effects of the Speed Force:
**Speed Force Aura: Kera's body is surrounded by what her dad calls calls his "speed force aura". The aura protects her from friction and airborne matter, and high speed impact from her attacks.With this aura, she is able to absorb kinetic energy to a limited degree. An A-Bomb explosion would kill her, but not say, a small grenade. Her dad can sync his aura with his children, giving him the ability to pull either of them to him with a thought.
**Self-Sustenance: Kera can survive in harsh environments gaining some of the energy she needs from the Speed Force's infinite storage of energy. This ability is weakened in her due to her not having suffeciant training.

**Regeneration: Accelerating her healing factor while using the Speed Force to sustain her, she could heal from any injury swifter than any human, though faster than her father ((due to her youth)), depending on the degree of injury.
Specialized Attacks:
**Infinite Mass Punch: Traveling near the speed of light acquired the relativistic mass of such speed to impart blows which could hit with a force greater than that of "a white dwarf star".
