Summer was in full force and the sun was high up in the cloudless sky. Even though it was a bit warm it was a great day to be out and about. And an Exeggcute who had been inside most often than not now a days was very glad for the dry weather so they could enjoy the outdoors without worry of rain or slick ground that might end up hazardous for them.
It had been months since their accident that left one 'egg' without and arm and one blind. And though they now functioned almost as well as before wet and slick ground was still not the best for them to deal with. The odd ball of the group was a tall teen with bright hair. Her eyes were wrapped but she was walking threw a large field as if she could see perfectly. The drying grass of the field moved in front of her as if a breeze was moving threw it. But instead of wind it was actually the other four members of the Exeggcute group. They were about half the size of the grass they were moving threw and almost impossible to see until you were nearly on them.
At the teens side she carried a wooden basket that had a varity of flowers and plants. She was collecting herbs and medicines that could be found out in nature though she was hopping she could find something specail on this trip to bring home to her friend whom she was staying with. She really owed him and his family so very much. She just hoped one day she could repay them for their kindness. So her mind was a bit distracted as she walked along unaware of much of what was going on around her.

The Summer sun brought a sense of purpose to the world that was devoid of life through the winter months. Even though Spring had tried it's hardest to spark life, it was Summer than initiated true celebrations and happiness. Now that the storms had passed the flowers were once again free to bloom around a young Shaymin's changing life.
Mitsuru's leaves gleamed in the shining light. Her petals absolutely twinkled in the dazy dew that still clung to them. Not that any of it mattered to her. The little legendary was currently in a humanoid form that she was unaccustomed to, but still trying to find that one true friend. Her Mamoswine hadn't worked out like she wanted. The pink girl was nice, but she was gone, so she needed someone new. Someone who wouldn't leave.
With a bounce and a twirl the petite child sailed down to the field she'd placed her recent pitfall traps. Now that she was bigger it was SO much easier to dig the necessary holes, and - "Oh!" She squeaked, and ducked into the grass. Was it a human? Or a Poke human thing like the pink girl? Mitsuru peered at her curiously. And what was going on in the grass?
It was then that she noticed the binding around the girl's eyes. She couldn't see! And she was about to walk into the hole. Mitsuru bit her lip, and at the last minute jumped out. "Stop! You're going to go in a hole. Trust me, I dug it."

It was a dreadfully sunny day, one that just made Chism's new fleshy skin itch with a stinging sensation he was not entirely familiar with. If he could compare it to anything it would be a mild similarity to what he experienced at the tip of his tail, though it didn't allot him any feelings of vigor that the flame tail seemingly gave him but who was he to argue, maybe it was part of becoming whatever he was becoming or became, he was still unsure what all it meant; all he knew was that he needed to take a long walk to clear his new head and to figuratively spread his wings a bit.
His stroll brought him to a rather spacious field with tall grass, something he wasn't familiar with towering over as he previously only came up to the shortest blades. Though, it wasn't really the grass that had captured his attention, it was the figures within the field, they were interacting, weirdly, but still interacting; maybe he could as them about this new form of his, as it appeared they were in similar situations.
Once Chism drew closer he discovered the youth of one and the maturity of the other, one seemed as if she was enjoying herself and the other looked like she was having some problems. Still though, their appearances intrigued the royal prince. "Umm, may I inquire about your appearances? I seem to have befallen a strange fate in which you appear you have shared... I am just curious about the state of my being... Also, hello, my name is Chism."

Just moments before the the bright young voice called out a warning the moving grass in front of the teen had almost seemed to wrap around the hole that the voice had warned. But as soon as Mitsuru had called out the movement of the grass stopped completely.
The teen turned to face towards the voice her ginger and blonde hair shifting to quickly reveal a rather large nasty looking scar above the binding over her left eye that disappeared up past her hair line. "A hole you say? And who might you be trying to trap?" She asked softly. Her voice was gentle and friendly but some how still a bit distant. Every since the accident Caileen's childish hyperness had calmed down dramatically. "If you are warning me of it, it must be a rather large hole. Thank you for the heads up." she laughed softly. "I used to dig a bit myself. Though never any really big holes just enough to curl up in to sleep." She giggled again and brought a hand up to her mouth as if to hide her smile but let her hand instead move the hair on the right side of her face a bit behind her ear. "Might I have the name of such a large hole digger?"
No sooner had she asked the young girl's name when she heard a boy's voice from behind her. The grass around her nearly instantly started to move and shift and her smaller members encircled her. It would seem that the holes might be an ambush by two young children and the Exeggcute was not going to be anyone's victim. Even if it were too children. Caileen turned to the voice that addressed himself as Chism. "A strange fate huh? Then I take it you are a pokechild as well. From your voice I assume you are just recently changed?" Caileen wished she could see what the two children before her looked like but she knew if she brought one of her smaller counter parts up the surprise attack might be spoiled. So until she determined if they children were going to start a fight she would have to deal with just the glimpses the others could get from their positions in the grass.

Mitsuru rocked on her new feet, momentarily placing her hands upon her knees to keep herself from falling over. Keeping a constant erect posture was something she was finding trickier than anything else in this new form. For instance, she was even discovering that in order to stay warm, she needed to spend more time in the sunlight, even if it turned her skin an uncomfortable pink. "It's huge!" She held her arms out, then just as quickly pulled them in when she began to wobble. "It's for catching friends. See?" Mitsuru rocked over until she was on her hands and knees, then began to crawl forward until she tapped the faulty covering over the hole. The resulting trap was roughly five foot deep, but with a diameter of no more than three.
She stayed bent over when she saw another creature coming their way. It looked different than the tall one, with a little flame at the end of it's tail. With wide, curious eyes she turned her attention back and forth between the two, soaking up the moment. "You're just like me!" She sat up to see him better. "I used to be alot smaller, but now I look like this." When Caileen spoke, though, it started to make sense. At least a little. There were others like her, that was for sure, so it wasn't as if she was cursed or anything. "So you're like us, too?" She leaned forward, inspecting the girl with a critical eye. "But what were you? And you?" This time, she turned to Chism. "Oh, but I'm Mitsuru. I picked my name all by myself."

Chism eyed the other two very closely, it wasn't everyday a prince would talk to the general public but he knew how bad things could get if he gave out the wrong information about himself. "Yes, I have recently gone under a transformation, one that I am unfamiliar with. I know someone else who has seemingly gone through a similar but I was unable to find out anything about this... That is actually why I have traveled so far away from my home, I was hoping to speak to someone that had more knowledge than myself."
For a moment, Chism waited while he was spoken to only to have to explain more about what had happened; "I believe that when I took on this new form I seemingly became a combination of my brothers and sisters; my mother was a Charizard and my father a Hydreigon. I have become a strangely colored charmander and a deino criss-cross thing... -ie..." He gave a small grin before sleeking his hand back over his new hair. It was a difficult thing to try to explain.

Caileen gave a bit of a laugh and nods, "Well then if you were trying to catch a friend you should have let me fallen in." She smiled at the young girl then gives a bit of a nod again and knelt down. "Yes I am just like you two. We were just a simple Exeggcute but I found a star and it changed us." she said and as she stood up she placed a smaller doll size male on her shoulder. He was dressed in a Japanese yukata with one sleeve was tied up showing his missing arm. He looked at the two children.
Also now in the some what clearing near her feet were three other doll size figures. They all looked up at the two children. One had a shaved head and was dress in a pair of jeans and a white tank top. The other two were dressed more formally the other male had a pair of cracked glasses on and in causal business attire. The small woman was wearing a pretty little sundress and she smiled at them. "Don't worry sweeties you will get used to things soon enough. We could try to help answer any questions either of you have." She had a warm motherly sounding voice and a bright smile.
Ajax, the one with a shaved head sighed, "Well Chism seems to be doing just fine judging from his attire. I bet he has not had to steal any of his clothes." The one with glasses brought a hand up to the bridge of his nose and sighed, "Please forgive him....Ajax can be a bit of a....well brat. Sorry for being rude. It is very nice to meet you Chism and you too miss Mitsuru. My name is Zeki, the rude fellow next to me is Ajax. To the right of me is Ura. You have already met Caileen and the one up on her shoulder is Ingo. As Caileen said we were once a normal exeggcute who found a star that caused this change to our bodies. And as Ura said we would be very glad to help either of you in anyway we can."

Oh, well, if that's what Chism was looking for he'd come to the right place! At least, she assumed so. The older girl (now super awesome friend!) would certainly be able to give him all kinds of answers. Mitsuru...was a little less concerned. She wasn't overly fond of how humanoid she looked at the moment, but it could be worse. She could have evolved into a Geodude or something equally as unappealing.
"If you're an Exeggcute, why is he so small?" Mitsuru pointed out the boy on her shoulder. He looked kind of like her, except alot smaller. In an instant she was back on her hands and knees, too see the others. While the smaller girl talked, Mitsuru spread herself out on her stomach in the grass, propping her head on her hands. Being this close to the ground not only helped her to feel more comfortable, but allowed her to look at everyone at the same time, big and small.
"So you're dad was a Hydreigon? That's kind of cool." Mitsuru smiled. "It would explain that fluffy thing around your neck." With a wave she pointed to the extension of Chism that lay above his collar. "I'm not like that though. I'm all Shaymin, and I'm the same as the Exeggcute. I found this really, really pretty star, and when I woke up-" She motioned to herself with a little shrug. It wasn't the easiest thing to cope with, but talking to others was making her feel a little more comfortable in her own skin.
The Shaymin tapped her chin. "Questions...Questions...hrm. What did you mean when you said 'steal'? What's that mean, and why didn't Chism have to do it?" Was the hybrid really that special that he didn't need to do the same as everyone else?

"I don't know about steal... But I did happen upon a rather lavish home that was abandoned; it was there I found these clothes." Chism spoke being somewhat defensive in how he did get the clothes and even his home. Though, he didn't want to come off as some sort of lower social being, he would have to change his tone and how he was presenting himself.
"You're a Shaymin? I remember when I was younger my mother would tell me stories about the graceful and beautiful pokemon that were the Shaymin. Its good to know that the legends are true about both accounts." The hybrid pokemon always considered himself a bit of a charmer, and it was customary for a prince to court a beautiful princess, and what would make a more beautiful princess than a pokemon known for how cute it was?
"I agree with Mitsuru, do you mean to say that most pokemon that find themselves in this situation turn to theft in order to survive? Do you mean to say you have had such a hard time following your transformation that it should be seen more as a curse than a blessing?" The thought was discouraging to Chism, he thought that his change had marked him as special, not doomed.

Ura smiled, liking the girl who was now laying on her belly to be even with her and the others. She was a doll. And she allowed Zeki to answer her first question.
Zeki adjusted his glasses, "Well we are not sure why we are all not the same size. We think it was because Caileen only found one star and she must have absorbed most of the energy that changed all of us."
Ura waved her hand as if trying to wipe the question away, "Well Chism found himself a home to live in. We have had to steal because we had no real home and no trainer to help us with our change. We are not really that proud of having had to steal out clothes before. But we have started earning money on our own now so we can buy our own clothes." She smiled warmly at the young girl.
Ajax crossed his arms over his chest his eyes narrowing a bit as the hybrid pokechild talked about his lavish home and then started to openly flirt with the young Shaymin. He set his jaw ready to tell the little pompous kid off but a sharp glare from Ingo and Zeki and a gentle nudge of Caileen's foot kept him for once quiet.
Caileen shook her head, "Oh we did not have that hard a time. We rather like what has become of us. It is no curse at all. We believe that it is a blessing. And we often try to help others threw the first part of the change if we find them. And we have helped one or two with it, those who had thought it a curse." She smiled sweetly at the young boy. "I would never say that most have had to resign to stealing things. Our best friend has never had to steal."
Zeki gave a nod, "We have no reason or proof that most of those pokemon who find themselves altered like all of us, have a hard time of it. Nor do we have proof or reason to say that most have an easy time with the change. Everyone takes their lot in life differently."
Ajax snorted, "Yeah and just because a place is abandoned does not mean that you moving in and taking the clothes is not a form of stealing." Caileen looked down at Ajax and shook her head, "Ajax please I am sure Chism meant no offense to us."

"You're really nice, Chism." Mitsuru smiled, giggling lightly as she ran her fingers through the grass. "But you're wrong. I'm not very graceful." Though, she wouldn't deny the compliment on her appearance. She couldn't very well see herself to contradict him, nor did she really want to. Mitsuru knew she was pretty, and it was nice for others to think so too!
So many questions were being tossed around that she found herself at a loss of who to listen to first! Still, she knew as much to nod at Zeki. That seemed like it made the most sense; even if she still wasn't entirely sure how finding a star could have caused such a change.
"OH." Mitsuru shot up from the ground like she'd been shot. "I have a home too! My burrow is the best burrow, and it has a couple dresses in it like this." She pointed to what she was wearing. In truth, it was exactly that; two more dresses, equally as dirty, and equally as skimpy. "They're not as nice as your clothes, Chism, but I didn't steal them. A couple nice humans gave them too me when I talked to them on the road." After streaking in front of an elderly couple, they had been more than ready to give her the clothes they were taking to their grand-daughter. Of course, she hadn't known, and had taken it for the gift that it was.

Chism, somewhat oblivious to the sort of glares he was getting from a couple of the smaller pokehumans, upon Shaymin's decline turned his attention to the tall exeggacute poke-kid and spoke once the air was no longer full with conversation. "Of course the offer for shelter is also available to you guys as well. It is a rather empty dwelling, and it should be full with wonderful people like yourselves. Especially since it appears that our transformations aren't as rare as I had initially believed; someone with your know-how could really help some confused pokemon just undertaking their new lives."
As he spoke he smiled, he of course loved the company of others, any royal member of society should be, lest they become calloused to the lower and middle classes which could destroy the foundation of a kingdom. Not to mention that all five appeared to be having a bit of a rough time, but were still able to survive, a true testament to their courage and resolve; two traits that would be important for members of his court. "While the place was empty, it also showed obvious signs of abandonment and severe neglect. I would wager that it has been empty for years. Which is exactly why I want to fill it with amazing people like ourselves." To cap off his statement he outstretched his arms, in an accepting gesture trying his best to make a good impression on the six people around him.

Ura smiled at the two younger poke-childern. "I am very glad to hear that you both have nice comfortable homes to stay in. I am sure your burrow is one of the best. I would love to see it some time Mitsuru. As well as your castle Chism. Though I don't know if Caileen would be able to fit into your lovely burrow Mitsuru." She laughed softly.
Zeki gave a nod as MItsuru told them about how she got clothes. "Some humans are very kind to people like us. And very helpful. Though sadly there are those out there who are not as nice and understanding. I am glad to hear you met some nice ones Mitsuru.
Caileen feeling Ajax's sour mood sighed and picked him up, placing him on her other shoulder as a bit of a warning for him to be good. Also with him up there is was less likely he would attempt anything. Not that anyone would allow him to attack children or anyone of their kind. She then turned to Chism. "That if very kind of you to offer. We would not want to impose on you or your home. I think it is wonderful though that you want to fill it with others like us. Right now we are staying with a very good friend of ours, but I am sure we would be more than happy to come and help you at your castle. I am very glad when I can help others like us." She was not proud of all the things they had had to do to survive when she had just changed so she would be glad to help others threw it.

Mitsuru rose to her feet, sweeping her hands over her dress to free it from nature's debris. Once she was sure she was clean, despite the obvious stains on the pristine cloth, she turned her attention back to her companions.
Chism's grand gesture had given her a wonderful idea! He seemed to be larger than life, a real Prince among men, and with that in mind she addressed the group. "I think we should all go to Chism's house to eat." Nodding, she took a step to the side, almost as if she were gliding through the flowers. "That is, if it's close by." After all, her endurance just wasn't what it used to be.
Looking back to the pinkier folk, "That way, you can help us, and my tummy won't be so angry!"

Chism gave a polite smile and nod at all the pokekids, and nodded to the collective group while he waited for his chance to speak. "I believe that there are only three levels of housing in the tree, but it would have no problem having a dozen or so pokemon living within it. So neither of you would be imposing.if you wished to stay, and no, it isn't that far from here..."
This actually exposed a new shortcoming though, Chism hadn't been able to go out to gather food. In fact he was out currently to get some for himself and the other few pokemon that found their way to his tree. "We may need to stop somewhere and get some food though. I was told of a berry patch nearby that I was going to so I could feed those who are already at my home. If you help me pick several we could easily have enough for everyone."
