As the afternoon class bells peeled for the students to get in to the their classrooms, a lone feline demon stood near the demon dorm walls, counting down the windows that he passed before reaching the one that he was looking for, excitement just brimming off him.
Yes, Jack could have just waltzed down the hallway to get in to Remi's room, but this was more exciting, and had become something of a personal habit of the kitsune and cat. Because busting in to your broseph's room through his window was all the rage.
Using one of the other room's windows as a foothold, Jack basically sprinted up, catching the edge of the window. With his mouth stretched wide in to an almost maniacal jeer, as he peered around Remi's room, hoping to see the blue and orange kitsune wandering around. Neither of them were in class now, and Jack wasn't expecting him to be out and about just yet - they were both still reeling from the other bathroom.
"Bro, Bro, Broo~ Are you in, dude?" He sing-song as loud as a man hanging out of a window sill could - anyone from the outside would see the shoulders, and legs of a cat-demon just lounging out of a window. "I have the best idea, dude, where are youu?"
It was obviously going to be the worse idea, but Jack was estatic.

Remi was, as usual, within his room napping the day away.
His favorite past time, it was no wonder the boil and the cat-king were bros. They both enjoyed partaking in the naps, and that was how Jack found him when he peered through the window. The kitsune peered up, dual toned eyes leering at the cat whom was half hanging out of his dorm room. He had learned long ago to keep that window open, being as Jack loved to pay him visits this way.
Plus it was a good way to get back in to the dorm if you felt like being lazy... or running from some mischief.
"Better be good, bro." He mumbled through his canine teeth, not even lifting a head.

He caught purchase, interest wise, with his bro, he could tell it.
For one, Remi seemed awake enough to listen to the catking, and digging his toes in to the wall, he pushed himself up in to the window a little more, his chest basically sinking in to the window as his tail flailed up behind him, showing his mischief in it's twitched back and forth.
"So, you heard there was a Prom, ja?" He offered, before slinking in to the room finally, flopping next to his bro and curling up next to him, grinning wildly. "I was thinking, I'm a single gent, and . . . you're a single gent. I say, we bros, crash it like the best stags ever, ja?" He offered, allowing his brother to answer, knitting his fingers on his stomach.
They had an odd friendship, it was closer to blood than anything he knew, and it was. . . comfort.

Two peas in a pod to be more exact. They were so alike it was almost as if they shared a brain at times.
Maybe they did.
Lifting a head up signaled that the feline did have his attention finally, a little more than previously at least. Nestled in the pillow pile it was hard to look like it. "What did you have in mind then?" A smirk showed in the curve of his lips, to anyone else it might look like a snarl. Jack knew him too well to think otherwise. "Something tells me its deliciously devious. Prom is such a bore anyways, i say we spice it up."
He had no plans for it otherwise, he expected it to be further sleep time.

"It's the same for both sides, really." He admitted, looking down to her lightly, giving a little shrug. "We happen to know the exact way to scare the living bejeezus out of people if we wanted to." He joshed, smiling to her with the same airy feeling that he met her with,
"Great, okay!" He chirruped contently at the kitsune, slowly digging in to the pillow pile that he had found Remi in, tail flicking lazily behind him as he got ready to explain everything to him. He enjoyed the little moments he could slip in with his non-blooded brother - it was like actually have some kind of family to fall back on when you had a plan, and needed someone desperately to help you pull it off.
It was a flawless plan to Jack - he couldn't see no fault in it. He even had possible fabric ideas.
"So, I was thinking, that, you know, Proms are kind of boring by themselves. It's all about - well - boys and girls and whatevers getting together and dancing in circles and mingling and below-the-belt statements that you kind of shrug off." He prattled on, kind of flailing his arms in th air a bit, trying to explain himself. He got wordy, but usually Remi was pretty good with keeping him in tune.
Sitting up, he kind of looked down at him, as if he had been rambling to get to a point, hands flat down on a pillow.
"So lets mix it up. Glitter and dresses. You know? No one would expect it, and I already know someone who's willing to get us the dresses, and we could go in our colourations." He stated, tail flicking happily as he rambled on, eyebrows raised high.
"You know you want to see students in glitter. Like bomb. Blues and Greens everywhere. No one would be able to get mad at us cos it would b part of the prom - or that's what we would tell them at least." He finished, giving a curt nod and a sly face.
"But, you don't have to tell me if you're in quite yet, I'll let you think about it a little further. . . even though it's the best thing I've ever thought of." He admitted finally, giving a sly look, before going towards the window, again, as if it was a hit and run.
"You know how to find me, right?" He queried, a redundant question as he went to slip out, ideas and decisions already riddling his mind.
