The area north of The eagression(the edge of the very eastern oriented Melanocentris, harbors in the most unlikely of refugees from Shattrius Oniah, but because of their low to moderate doses of Black Radiation, Magic appears to act erratically in this area, almost pertaining to a life of it's own. The mystery and sciences behind this are yet to be discovered, bit if some answers are not discovered soon, the force behind the Fringe Seas could end up becoming a force of it's own entirely.
