It's the neck measurement, but that's close enough. I was afraid of people saying, "Why does this side of the tag say it's eighteen dollars and this side say it's twenty? I want it for eighteen dollars!"
Because that happens with rings sometimes.
"So it's eight dollars for this ring?"
"No, there's no dollar sign on that side of the tag. That side of the tag says 'size'."
