If you would like to become part of the crew, then you must abide by the following policies that are very simple.

1. Never abuse your power and try to power control others, specifically the members.

2. You have a responsibility as a crew member, if you wish to become one, then you must be able to do some of the things that the captains do, like make approvals of characters if none of the captains or online at the moment.

3. You must show some commitment, if you want to be a crew member, you should be able to keep up with posts UNLESS of course if you are going to be absent, obviously then that's fine. Just make sure you keep the rest of us informed.

4. The captain's word is FINAL. The crew or vice captain(s) is NOT responsible for kicking out bad members, that is the captain's job. If there is a member that does not abide by the rules, attacks other members or the crew, then bring the charges TO A CAPTAIN, DO NOT kick bad members without informing the captains about the situation, or else there is going to be trouble.

5. Respect each other and other's thoughts, I should not have to keep a crew in line while we create an rpg story. Every crew member is important, like every member is important, like every Captain is important. If we do not respect each other and show compassion and kindness to each other, we are not a crew.
